Great glasses and awesome customer service. Highly recommend.

Glasses got lost. I did get a refund. Then they came finally but after i had to buy others to fulfill need. Waiting for label to send back. I did not like the fit once they arrived. I have a bit of a high bridge and when i look down to page to read there is a big gap so I cannot read with them. Also, with readers i often put them up on head like headband like if i have to walk down stairs. They do not stay on head and fall off when i look down. I do better at the dollar store for readers.

I ordered 1 pair to try. They sent and charged me for two. They did not work well and did not look the way they did on the websites virtual mirror. The return process was frustrating and they h charge a 40% restocking fee. This company is a scam! Avoid it.

The only thing good is the packaging. The glasses are terrible.

It takes forever to get your order. I still haven’t received it and they do not respond to an inquiry. Horrible company

Don’t buy these glasses!! They are expensive and they claim that you can bend and adjust them easily. That is false advertising! When you try to bend them to adjust them they snap!!! But Peepers brand instead!!

These glasses are well made and really helped me see close up and far away. Unfortunately, after cataract surgery, I found out that I have astigmatism which required me to have a prescription. Look Optic was very understanding and immediately issued me a refund. I highly recommend Look Optic for any of your post cataract vision needs.

**** UPDATE: Look Optic customer service was amazing and made this right. They replaced my glasses quickly and I do not have enough good words to say about how responsive they have been. 5 stars!!!

Ordering process was easy and I was super excited to receive my glasses. However, I’ve had them for only a few weeks and they’ve already broken. While taking them out of my purse, the temple bacame caught in the zipper and while trying to undo it, plastic piece broke at the hinge. Plastic is very light weight and flimsy. Disappointed as I was super excited about them and loved them up until that point. For the price, I expected a higher quality product.

No problem adjusting to these great glasses.

I bought the Keaton progressives. This is my first pair of readers from Look Optic. Though I'm still getting used to wearing progressive's, I can say that these are very light and comfortable! I am happy with Look Optic's mission, customer service, and tips about wearing the glasses. I will definitely purchase from Look Optic again.

I was looking for an upgrade to my current readers and saw a Look Optic ad on YouTube. I decided to go the website and found two that I liked. I first got the transitions, but decided those weren't for me, since I sit in front of a computer for work and need the readers all day. The exchange process was easy. I boxed up the ones I had, sent them back and got my new readers in a few days.

I like the frames, but are so loose! I have to get them tightened.

The look of the glasses was beautiful. The problem for me is that I'm farsighted but need readers. The top portion, for regular viewing, was not clear. It was extremely blurry for me, leading me to believe that it wasn't an unaltered lense. Very unfortunate.
