I would like to share my latest experience with the company Lone Rider, especially regarding their customer support.
In 2023, I purchased the Rackless Moto Bags for my BMW R1250 GS. I am extremely satisfied with these bags — so far they have traveled approximately 30,000 kilometers with me in various conditions. From cold temperatures around 2 to 3 degrees Celsius, rain and thunderstorms, to extreme heat reaching up to 42 degrees Celsius. Mostly on asphalt roads, but also across quite a few off-road trails.
The bags themselves still look practically brand new today, although the rear plates on both bags have bent slightly over time.
Now to the main point I want to make.
I contacted Anna from Lone Rider customer support via email and asked whether the slight bending of the rear plates was something I should be concerned about. In practically ten minutes, I received a reply from her saying that she would check the issue with their engineer. A few days later, I received another response explaining that the slight bending of the rear plates is not a problem at all and that the bags should continue to serve me well for many years.
However, they also told me that they would still send me replacement rear plates with mounts under warranty, simply because they did not want me to worry.
Honestly, I have never experienced such outstanding customer care from any company before. I was not trying to make any kind of warranty claim — I only wanted information about whether everything was still OK with the bags — and yet they sent me new rear plates worth a total of €600 just so I would have peace of mind.
Top-quality equipment and top-quality customer support. Hats off to them!

Had asked a question after five and got answer the same evening. The LR Crew Members have all deep specific knowledge in their profiles (invention, development, construction, sell, advice and service process). Specially their common passion and long experience with riding motorbikes was another important reason to decide for this Company.

tengo que decir que estoy sorprendido de la calidad de los productos y además piensan en cada mínimo detalle de sus productos , el top case de 57 L una pasada , las maletas laterales semirrígidas nunca las había probado , pero me encantan , primero por lo fáciles que son de abrir y cerrar cuando le cojes el truco y son muy prácticas con sus bolsas interiores incluidas , y puedo decir que no pierden su forma después de algún rasguño que otro , pero lo que estoy sorprendido es de la iluminación de sus faros de largo alcance , los teníais que ver , espectaculares y además que funcionen con la misma pila de la moto es un plus, resumiendo.encantadisimo.

Quick and professional Customer Service
A very quick and great customer service. The team has responded very quickly to an issue I’m having with one of the light pods and the response was very positive and a replacement item was shipped to me within days.
Very professional team all round. Would highly recommend LR products as I have a lot of their products that I already put to the test and are operating perfectly.
Every piece better than the last
I love the look and quality of the Lone Rider luggage and moto armor parts I’ve put on my bike. I knew I was buying rather expensive equipment but every time a part arrives, it goes on easily and their online tutorials make more complicated pieces easy to install. Equal to the quality of their products is that they put just as much attention into their customer service and satisfaction. I’ve had occasion to contact LR with questions and Anna has been fantastic to work with and always makes it happen. I’m a huge fan of the LR Brand.

I had placed an incorrect order and sent an email to ask about the possibilities of exchanging it. Anna responded within 5 minutes and clearly explained what to do. I returned the incorrectly ordered item on Sunday evening and already received a notification on Tuesday morning that the refund had been initiated. In the mean time I ordered the correct item on friday afternoon and I received it on saturday.
