Don't use them
Don't use them – they are dishonest. I paid for 4 new additional smoke detectors – they came and changed two existing ones – then they tried to blame it on me and asked for more money.
They are dishonest; not only did they make a mistake, they also looked for ways to get paid more.
They did a fire safety visit, created a report, provided a quote for remedy work, and then did the remedy work wrong.
We all make mistakes – but how you deal with them is what makes all the difference.

Do not use this company- unprofessional/ unreliable
Firstly, I should have realised there was a problem when our initial quote of nearly £2,000 kept changing. After a lot of back and forth, it was eventually reduced to around £600, which immediately raised concerns.
We agreed to pay a 50% deposit after confirming that the work would be carried out at a very specific time, as we operate a commercial premises with pre-booked clients. We arranged for our staff to be in, blocked out our appointment diary, and turned away business so the electrician could attend.
On the day, the engineer simply didn’t turn up. We received no notification or explanation and had to chase the company ourselves.
As a result, we have lost our deposit, incurred unnecessary staff costs, and lost business due to the appointments we had to cancel. This level of service is completely unprofessional and unreliable.
I have now requested a full refund and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Incredible service—they completely saved our transaction!
As buying agents, we deal with tight deadlines daily, but we recently faced a major emergency when a critical transaction was stalled. We urgently needed both a Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) and an Asbestos Report in order to exchange contracts. We contacted Mehwish at Homesafe Assessors on Friday morning in a complete panic. By Friday afternoon, they already had an assessor visiting the property. Their turnaround time was absolutely exceptional: we received the completed FRA by Monday and the Asbestos Report by Tuesday.Their speed, professionalism, and efficiency kept our deal alive. We cannot thank them enough and highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable, fast property assessments!
