Super efficient. Haroon came to do a fire risk assessment the day after I sent my enquiry and shared a detailed report extremely promptly.

Unfortunately, when you have been taken advantage of by companies such as this, you have no option but to take legal action when there is clear evidence of fraud on a legal documentation. As well as customer exploitation.
Sad fact is that women often are taken advantage of in this industry and I will not apologise for standing up for myself!

I have no reason to lie and stand by my original review.

To state you stand by false data on your report is genuinely worrying, especially considering the nature of the industry.

Bottom line, they did not meet their service promise and put fake data on a legal document...
In addition, they have no provided me with the evidence I requested of the phone calls.

The independent electrician who reviewed the report said they were pretty disappointed that companies like this would provide such a report and tarnish their industry.

INITIAL REVIEW

I've had bad experiences before so before booking, I asked who would do the EICR inspection and for their qualifications.
On the day, I got a call from another person doing the inspection. I called the company and they assured me this guy had the same qualifications.

After getting the report, I noticed loads of mistakes. The guy was in and out in 10 minutes, should have expected they didn't do anything!

Asked an independent third party to review:
- falsified data: they said they checked points which have no sockets and would have needed the fascia removed,
- failed aspects which should be advisory due to no external equipment, garden or balconies
- contradictions in the report saying RCDs were missing then later reported the RCDs were checked and tested,
- reported an incorrect number of circuits in the property,
- stated a fuse code which isn't even in the property.

Of course they followed up saying additional work needs doing and given me a quote, likely expecting a single female alone to not pay attention and is an easy target.

I've asked for qualifications of the person who attended and the ones provided are not what I had agreed to prior to booking. They will not issue a refund for breach of contract and falsifying data on the report so I am now reporting them but they are ignoring my right to request data so are not only in breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015, but also Data Privacy laws (the latter of which I know comes with hefty fines!)

Bottom line, pay a little more for a reputable company and seriously, AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Great experience start to finish. Booking was easy, the appointment happened punctually and efficiently. When I received the report it was explained to me clearly what the next steps were. The customer experience was excellent - I was able to speak to one of two helpful advisors every time I called up who were immediately able to help me - a huge improvement on last time I did this with a different company. Rizwan and Shashi carried out the tests, Both men arrived promptly and carried out the tests effectively and responded to all questions I had.

Haroon was particularly helpful throughout the whole process! Whilst I did have to chase for the certificate a week later, once the requested was received Haroon got it straight over to me within a matter of minutes. Very reactive!

Paid for a service that didn’t receive.

I contacted this company for a fire door and electric safety assessment for my flat. The website stated that certification would be completed in 24hours and being a Friday (21st Feb), the up and coming Monday was reasonable. Had two technicians come round, when they stated they would. Great start. Things took a turn for the worse when the fire door assessor stated they were here to assess the whole flat. I told him I only asked for the front door, which he denied and said the work notes says its the whole flat. I argued with him and his office for 20minutes about this and then they stated that to do the front door would cost MORE money. Eventually, they agreed to do just the front door and left. The electrical technician was done within 10minutes and also left.

Monday came and went and no certificates. I messaged them, who then said they will be completed Tuesday. Tuesday came, nothing. I rang up and spoke to an extremely rude member of staff who said there was software issues and the certificates would be ready on Thursday. Guess what, Thursday came, nothing. After this, some more emails were sent to the company where they are stating that they are getting the certificates ready and I would get them “very soon”. I still have not received these reports (5th March) and I imagine I never will. I have repeatedly asked for my money back as there have now been multiple deadlines for my reports to be sent to me and everyone of them have been broken. They continue to refuse a refund and state that they are trying to get my certificates through. They have now gone silent.

Do NOT use this company. They are scammers and I will be trying everything I can to get my money back.

*UPDATE* - They contacted me after this review was published and stated that my reports will be released once I remove this one star review. Just reinforcing my views that this company are scammers!

They did an ECIR on a communal hallway for a few flats. They couldn’t find the fuse board, then they said the communal hallway is running off the basement flats board and issued us an ECIR Certificate. I was there today and none of the basement fuses are operating the hallways electricity. They have not identified the correct supply source. The Certificate is nonsense. I also had them do an Asbestos Report, they said they took one sample but it’s 3 weeks and we haven’t received our report. They are leading us on, I don’t believe they did a report. The tenants say only one young chap arrived and was there for under 29 minutes. They invoiced us under HSSE Solutions Ltd. They chased us for a review but they aren’t delivering the service. We did a Fire Risk Assessment as well and we are concerned that the information supplied isn’t in line with fire safety regulations. They have recommended an alarm panel but as there’s only one flight of stairs, it’s not a requirement in such a case. I’m afraid we’ve been scammed. Especially as we paid for a ERIC and an Asbestos Report and we haven’t received the Asbestos Report and the ERIC is erroneous and the Fire Risk Assessment might be flawed.

Finally they made good and refunded the Asbestos Report fee and half the ECIR fee. We are grateful for them resolving the issues. Bilal was cordial and was wanting to right the wrong which is what he did. As they have made emends and are upset with only 2 stars I’ve increased it to 3 stars.

I hired this company to do a fire safety assessment for the front door to my flat. Mr Bilal arranged it well and I was given a detailed assessment with remedies.

My name is Maria. I am a tenant and this company has attended my flat on 03/10/24 (cold days)to do gas check. Engineer did check and our gas has failed and he said that will have to turn off the boiler. I told him that we need shower and I don't want him to turn it off. He said that he want to help out and therefore told me to say to my agency from where we rent that he was never here so that he won't turn off the boiler! From my understanding we came to agreement that everything is just fine and he will reschedule the appointment again. In few hours I have realised that boiler is off and nothing works. This company didn't tell me or my agency that they are turning boiler off. I have spend over 3 hours on the phone but these people from chat support didn't help and I spoken to a manager too which also wasn't helpful. So next day the customer service has told me that he is the director as I wanted to talk to a director but it was the same person from previous day that was on the phone with me! Again a lie! At this point I didn't know what to believe! He said that he contacted 7 Engineers and none were available to come (this was next day morning) so I told him why not 50? Obviously lazy!
Now my agency has contacted a different company who can attend my flat and turn my boiler bank on. Agency said that this company has been overcautious and the repair that failed gas check can be done after few days with the boiler on. That day I had visit from different company and they said that it wasn't emergency and obviously this company just wanted more money. This services are horrible and I wanted you to be aware that you might stay without the heating or water! Please be careful who you talking to!

PS: I had to take the review down for few weeks on request by my agency as there was a conflict between my agency and this company. Hope that helps for someone out there. Stay safe.
