I’ve had issues with my skin for AGES. As in hyperpigmentation.... and ever since I stepped foot into this skin clinic, I have never complained and never felt better. My confidence is great again and I am relieved to be able to look in the mirror again. Everyone is very nice and are really caring about how you feel before and after your skin.

This is a very professional place. Clean and tidy. The results are as told - they depend on your skin and hair type but for me it has worked really well, I probably go once to twice a year now for my hair. They also have really decent packages. The one issue is getting through to the reception when calling. It is incredibly hard. Pandemic is one thing but answering emails has not been made more difficult because of it.

I have been to quite a few laser hair removal places and Premier Laser is by far the most clinical and professional treatment center I have used. Their facilities are always to a high clean standard, their staff is always accommodating and providing advice. Hands down recommend.

I’ve been having laser hair removal treatments here, and it’s honestly changed my life! The confidence I now have is great, I used to have really thick wiry hair, that was so unmanageable with shaving rash/ ingrown hairs even after waxing, but happy to say that’s a thing of the past! All of the ladies at the clinic are so professional and areas are properly marked up to ensure they don’t miss any parts! Not going to lie, it’s not pain free, but it’s so quick and the results are so so worth it! Would recommend to anyone that asked!

I went to the liverpool street branch for the first time a few years ago to deal with acne and scarring that had developed in my teens. My consultation was very honest and a course of duel treatement was recommended. Whenever i went for a treatment the team there was lovely and genuinely pleased at how lovely my skin was starting to becoming. I had a mixture microneedling/dermapen and ISP Lasering. Looking forward to some top up treatments soon!

I’ve used Premier Laser for bikini and underarm laser removal for a few years now. I did an initial 8 pack and then went went sporadically for top ups. Both the Fulham and Clapham clinics are clean and welcoming, and I found the experience really stress free and effective. Would recommend to anyone considering laser removal!

FIRST OFF THE CLINIC IS WELL PRESENTED AND CLEAN. I Go for Regular Laser Hair removal & have been for the last 4 years. As a women of colour this clinic is the only one which works for me. I'm A Mid Brown women (COLOUR HONEY BROWN MAC MAKE UP SHADE) Very gental on the skin and hairs don't come back for 4-5 weeks. I Began Laser After My Mother Recommended it to me as she was using it 4 years before me. Best results after 3 years hands down. Minimal pain on sensitive areas.

And my consultant is lovely at the Kingston branch.

I go to the Clapham clinic for laser hair removal treatment. The clinic is so clean and professional. Always made comfortable by staff and the treatment is great and effective.

I am a client for a few years now and I have recommended this service to my fiancé who is a client also. We love it. Cannot wait to be allowed to come back.

I had my dermopen with Premier Laser and the results were expectacular. The team is very approachable and easy to talk to. Very proffesional during the treatment checking on me to make sure I was tolerating it well.

I had previously tried laser for a small patch of pigmentation on my face at another company and after 6 sessions had zero results!
My consultation at premier was detailed, friendly and wasn’t pushy in selling to me which was really nice.
I had 2 sessions and my pigmentation is almost gone which is amazing, the laser was turned up for my second though which unfortunately has given me some burst blood vessels (this is the reason I have given 5*) I am hoping these will fade. Due to lockdown I haven’t been able to return to discuss this.
I am hoping to have one more session for the pigmentation and considering laser hair removal when they reopen.

AMAZING!! This is the first clinic to reduce my acne and I can’t thank them enough. I had 3 sessions each of the micro-derma pen and the green chemical peel and it has done wonders for me 😀 The staff are really welcoming too, any questions and they are quick to help you. The products I brought to help my skin at home are fab too🥳. Overall great clinic .. thank you so much for helping me on my journey ❤️

I was recommended by a friend who was also getting laser hair removal and I found the team and the service at the Clapham clinic to be exceptional. Very professional and they made sure I got the most out of my 8 sessions. I now use them for injectables as I no longer require laser (that’s how effective it was for me) and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for skin treatments in London!

Im visiting this clinic last 5y. Staff is very friendly and experience and they always help me. Its time for me book another session. See you soon!
