Order #3174 has not been delivered. Paid for 2-4 days delivery and now after 5 working days still haven't received the order.
Contacted on email and they didn't even bother to have proper check of the order of when it was dispatched and when it should have arrived, replaying back that "it was despatched", that's it is not how you answer a enquiry.... Contacted on WhatsApp, seen the message and ignored.
Please sort this out ASAP.

Goods have arrived. The scents for the diffuser are lovely and worth the money but the diffuser is not great quality, and it looks like it's taken a good kicking in the post perhaps? I need to return it but there is no return address no phone number. I don’t know if this is because information is missing because the package was damaged. Thankfully I have had an email response today.Im giving up internet shopping. It's become the stuff of nightmares.

Very poor! I was sent the wrong perfume and then a second one was sent and it had a broken cap.

To my surprise, I was told “it is fine, it is only a broken cap” but clearly it wasn’t as it was a gift.

Lack of communication which made it difficult to resolve the issue.

Terrible online customer service. They don't answer to messages and email. I tried to calling for many days

I had a problem with my order I called them they answered pretty quick and they sort my issue out I’m really happy I will definitely by again as I collect fragrances

I placed an order with them and they did NOT send my order. They didn't contact me at all. I was lucky that I paid through PayPal and PayPal returned my money. SCAMMERS!
