I wasn’t going to do a review but seeing as they’ve emailed me 3 times in hope of a positive one, I shall.

Appalling service, rude receptionist and the clinician spent less than 10 seconds with me looking in my ear and offered no advice.

I was charged £30 and was in the shop less than 2 minutes.

Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Hearing impaired. Removed ear wax from both ears. Quick, painless and efficient. Slight improvement but sadly, hearing in left ear is still affected. Right ear has been completely deaf for many years. Will get hearing aid checked.

I arrived at the location but had to call because there was no name on the buzzer system.
Once inside the building it was not clear where I had to be on the floor. Signage could have been better.
