This is my 2nd order (Artichokes) and this time the product was far less fresh! Dark in colour and edges of the leaves brown and very hard. Delivery prompt and on time.

Nothing is to much trouble for this company I highly recommend them.

Having ordered mangosteens elsewhere they have always been quite small and relatively expensive. I took a chance on a new company to purchase them and I wasn’t disappointed! They were huge and great quality too at a good price. Packaging was also really good and they arrived fresh, thank you :)

Misleading product photo, I ordered white crab meat 454g from their website, It was advertised as very nice crab meat chunks in the photo, What I received was a minced flakey product that was similar to expensive cat food.

What I want to talk about is the noodles that was given to me by them is called Bodrum Coarse Bulgur & Vermicelli, it is different from other Noddles that I have eaten, it's wheat and spaghetti broken into very small pieces and you put butter in your hot water and cook for 5 minutes only, the result is very tasty , try it and you will buy more , thanks to cadgas

You did fine but your courier needs sorting out! They left a frozen food parcel in direct sunlight, didn’t ring my door and lucky I found it before it had defrosted!

Grouper is much bigger than I expected. Spider crabs’ taste fresh and sweet, but the bodies seem not much meat.

It seems there’s is a problem & script if ordering advertised fresh produce even with discounted prices. You’ll be given a delivery date & then receive emails explaining delays due to how fresh they want the product to be & eventually an open ended “we’ll let you know”. False advertising . Refund requested & referred to trading standards authority. Disappointed.

So Some 5 days after stated delivery date an apology & an acknowledgment of a cancellation & full refund (yet to be received) the goodwill gesture of the order being sent free of charge & a request that negative review be removed arrived today 17th April. 2kgs of rotten stinking snake fruit.
Do NOT use London Grocery unless you enjoy eating putrified food.

Trading standards will be notified.

Having wasted nearly an hour getting to a few online checkouts for some oysters to be delivered in 48 hrs - many said they would but actually didn’t. The London Grocer did what they said - all easy to order but I put the wrong delivery address and they swiftly changed it via email. Great service. Most importantly they arrived promptly in the 1 he delivery slot and were blooming gorgeous. Thank you.
