Received this email regarding an order placed for food for a family Xmas party this week if you read it you will see why after trying them for the first time wont be ever using them again.....pointless

I hope you are doing well. I'm writing to inform you about your order.

Unfortunately, we couldn't dispatch your order yet due to an unexpected delay in the supply chain :(. Therefore, we will try again to dispatch it with the newest products as soon as possible.

Started ok, received most of my order in good condition and fast with three items I was told would follow after. Contacted them a few days later to see if there was an ETA, was told items would arrive soon. Next day I received one more thing from my order. Chased a week later got an automated response and nothing else since. All I needed was a ‘we can’t get those items, here’s a refund’ or ‘those won’t come for a few weeks’ and I would have been fine. Won’t order from again

I buy often from London Groceries. Products are always fresh and good quality.
I had an issue with my order this time and the company sorted it promptly.

Despite a hiccup with my delivery, it was sorted out brilliantly and I can’t praise London Grocery staff enough. A big well done to all and yes I will definitely be ordering more from them again. I obviously recommend them in a big way.

Order delivered 4 days late and after the event it was intended for, given reason the usual ‘delay due to a supply chain issue’. Bad communication, customer service showed no interest in my delivery problem, 0800 number for voicemail only, WhatsApp no response, email slow, arrogant and condescending response. Product that was supposed to be fresh was frozen and arrived half-thawed. Reviews in their website deceivingly all 5* but real reviews in Trustpilot are not so great. Will not use again and would advise anybody to avoid London Grocery.

Lambs brains delivered on Tupperware lid in cling film not even a closed tub ON A LID WRAPPED WITH CLING FILM, cross contamination from chicken hearts so had to throw away £15 wasted never again!

Normally I would give them a higher score but recently they have not been to normal standards don’t no what is going on with there orders but keep getting them wrong

I've paid £130 for half baby lamb, and they sent me some ribs. When I contacted them about the issue they answered something like: "Well, lambs have ribs, enjoy your order." Totally scam.

Unfortunately my fresh order of cocoa pods was not delivered on time, the reason given was due to an issue with supply chain. I am still currently waiting for an update on delivery time.

They want me to review something I never received, however the website itself is I don't know, very quick to charge me money but taking the mick to refund it but yeah, cba using them again.

The meat is high quality and delicious . Expensive but it worth.

Couldn’t dispatch my order on the promised day, didn’t share any timeline expectations on when they could ship and then went quiet. I hope I’ll be able to at least get my money back. It’s the first and the last time I’m using this.

24hr delivery, marked as despatched then told it’s not despatched and they will get it there when they can!

Absolutely shocking customer service I will never use again!

A fantastic service from start to finish. The managed to send us a load of glass Jared pickles that we struggle to get up here on the Isle of Islay. They arrived without a single breakage due to the absolutely brilliant packing they used. I can highly recommend this company.

It’s quite difficult to find an online shop selling good quality exotic fruits. And this seller is outstanding! I have ordered mangosteens six times from them. The delivery always on time, well packaged and all items were in excellent condition. Only this time I contacted the customer service for something wrong shipped, they replied very friendly and offered the replacement quickly! I was very happy and definitely glad to be a regular customer!

Fast delivery, polite drivers and great price. Can’t ask for more :)
