Contacted a few different local fencing companies to try and source a couple of concrete gravel boards. LFS had the WhatsApp contact support option, and, unlike many companies, they are clearly proactively monitoring it as they replied quickly, were just generally super helpful and friendly and even let me know how I could get the boards delivered as cheap as possible. A great example of how to win a customer basically. Boards were fine, delivery actually came a day early, prices fine. Very happy and they will get repeat business as and when required.

Very good team as I'm a 1 of the main contractors over Bromley and most London with over 25 worker under me and the jobs we do is all building work I use these guys alot because there materials and fast service is what I need there always on time and reasonable price definitely recommend by my company relineroofingandbuildingltd.

I recently used this company for an order and I was thrilled with the customer service, it was fabulous.

I used the company for a second time this week and needed an urgent delivery on a wet a bank holiday Friday in London so no mean feat!

Not only was this man super helpful he clearly loves his job and has a huge wealth of experience which is paramount when ordering items in line - he went above and beyond.

Brilliant price and service. Over 4 panels was free delivery ( £ 42 a panel- 6x5)Ordered at 3.30 delivered by a very helpful, polite driver by 6.00. Would highly recommend.

I placed my order online and was quickly contacted to arrange a delivery time that suited me. I was kept updated on when my order would arrive and it arrived on time and fence panels were great quality. The delivery driver was super friendly and extremely helpful. All in all a great service and would recommend and use again.
