London Energy Surveys Ltd Anmeldelser

EPC renewal required. Contacted London Energy Surveys in the morning and the EPC was promptly carried out. Great service at a good price - couldn’t ask for anything more.

London Energy Surveys conducted a fire risk assessment for our building. They were very professional and provided very good advice on how to resolve outstanding issues. They were very helpful with follow up questions for the remedial work which we weren't aware of.

I would highly recommend London Energy Surveys. A sensible price and an excellent level of service. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

Fantastic Service and highly recommended. Will definitely be using their services again

Fantastic Service, very quick and efficient. Will be using their services again

Super fast and friendly service. Came out the day after I called, report completed by the next morning.

Prompt response. An efficient and professional response. Reasonable prices

I used this firm for my property rentals and found them to be really efficient, quick to respond and extremely helpful. Andrew visited the property shortly after I booked and produced the report the following day. A very professional business which I highly recommend.

I contacted LES by email one mroning and received a reply within a few hours. The inspection was scheduled for two days after my response and carried out quickly and promptly by Trevor, who was most helpful and efficient. I received the invoice the next day, paid it immediately and received an email showing the certificate and proof of its registration within a few hours. The whole process was quick and efficient, and cheaper than most other firms. Thank you Andrew and Trevor.

Efficient friendly and knowledgeable service. Used them for a commercial EPC recently and all went smoothly.

Andrew from London Energy Surveys completed my building Fire Risk Assessment so professionally and provided valuable recommendations to improve fire safety. They promised to deliver the report within 2 days and the report was already in my inbox early morning as promised. Andrew handled the entire process and the visit in such a friendly manner with passing lot of knowledge and provided genuine reasons for all recommendations. I certainly recommend London Energy Surveys Ltd

I needed a FRA prior to a sale of a flat so it was great that Andrew was able to help us within a few days. Very efficient service and helpful recommendations, thank you for getting the report to me so quickly.
Would recommend.

I needed a Fire Risk Assessment at short notice as part of my property Sale. Andrew was Knowledgable, efficient and great value. He provided the report within 24 hours as promised and clearly noted any repairs required. Would highly recommend

Didn't respond to an on-line request for an appointment - put me under pressure re house sale. Useless.

The experience working with London Energy Surveys is incredible. The service provided by Mr. Andrew was excellent. We have been working with London Energy Surveys Ltd for the last two years and we highly recommend the company.

We needed to make an amendment to our plans, the response from London Energy Surveys Ltd was quick and accurate.

Andrew and London Energy Surveys Ltd,
Thank you for your great service and cooperation.

Andrew & his team gave me great service in inspecting a property for me and issuing an EPC at extremely short notice and I was very happy with the entire experience. I would highly recommend this company

Happy to recommend. Andrew has been so very resourceful, has worked with me to give independent and practical advice. Has been helpful to work with a company which is familiar with the different licences. LES provided a thorough written assessment within days, with recommendations and timescales. Rather than a one-off exercise, they review and update the assessment as the actions are completed. Will be working continuously with LES over the foreseeable future .
Strongly advise to stay away from companies who up sell.

Great service for my rented property both professional and efficient - would use again without hesitation
