Very efficient service. We had a problem with the water (not coming out at all) and they come during night time after an emergency call and they fixed in less than 2 hours. Highly raccomended

BE WARNED This company should be struck off!!!- Avoid at all costs - Using them has cost me 5k to put their bad workmanship right.
I recently had Ash and his "unqualified" plumbers attend my property to install a new bath / shower toilet and basin - see the issues ive had below!!
Ash is now refusing to communicate / resolve or provide a refund for the bad workmanship
I am now having to pay another plumber to redo all the works they done incorrectly!

Shower
Issue – Hot and Cold pipes have been put in wrong – Shower temp either boiling hot or freezing cold
Re-adaption of pipework to shower
Radiator
Issues – 1st fix pipe work incorrect valves not straight
Removal of the radiator / removal of tile and reinstate with correct pipework
Bath
Issues – No bath panel / frame out of line
Frame to be rebuild / bath panel to be cut to size and installed
Bath electrics to be tested
Pipework under the bath to be checked its fit for purpose and if so to be clipped to the bath as loose and hanging down
Bath also has multiple leaks
Basin / Toilet – Mastic incorrectly applied
Remove all mastic and replace in a correct and tidy fashion
Please do not trust this company in your home
Ash is now avoiding my calls and emails and is refusing the pay back the money he has stolen from me!
I will be adding this reference to every media platform i can find in the bid to make sure no one else has the same experience i have had.
