So wish I had read reviews before ordering

This is a total scam.

Ordered goods that never arrived

They will not refund as say it’s “in transit”. Clearly they are not

London Elegance took the payment for my order, but did not send a confirmation email. Item not arrived. They do not answer their phone or emails.

If it would be possible I would give zero stars.

Cheap, plastic, polyester quality. Atrocious return policy - aimed at you not to return the item! See quote
"2- Since the shipping cost is usually around 20.00 - 30.00 Euros; As a second option, We can offer you a partial refund of 10% and you can keep the product."

The Item took three weeks to arrive. I can't believe I fell for this utter rubbish made up scam of a company! The item i received was so bad, the best place for it is the bin. This company needs to be removed.

Only gave 1star as got to give something, minus 5 would be more like it, don't know where they get photos of garments for sale from but what you receive is nothing like the item you think you'll get, I advise not to even look at this site and if like me you fall for their false advertisements, get help from PayPal to try get a refund, it's a lot of hassle but hopefully they'll decide in your favour

Thought I was buying 2 x quality Levi jumpers, but I received two counterfeit un-labelled very low quality polyester copies. When you check out their returns policy, they require you to return the goods to China!
which would obviously be expensive & throwing good money after bad. Avoid!!

Money taken no order sent and support team replied to one email saying they cannot find the order and won’t reply to further emails. Phone number on website is a dead line

Would not even give 1 star!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! I was completely miss sold an item - what i ordered cost £80 what arrived wasn't even worth £2! It was a christmas present that I couldn't give! Absolutely gutted as what they advertised was a beautiful aviation jacket apparently real leather - what turned up was a flimsy paper thin pj looking top! Company should be disgusted with themselves
Customer services are a joke! Offered a good will gesture of 20% partial refund- when they miss sold me! Pictures of their product from their website sent to them along with what arrived!!!
To return the product back to China was going to cost £32
Still waiting to hear back from customer services for my full refund and a UK address that they will accept the poorly made product! Please save your money and time and shop else where! The company needs to be removed from the Internet

Advertise Levis Jumper. Arrives no tags odd sizing and poor quality. NOT LEVIS.
If you have to return it will cost you £20+

Selling counterfeit goods at almost same price of non-counterfeit goods. My daughter thought this was a website selling legitimate items. Hoodie arrived having cost £35 and will now cost £15 to return as it’s rubbish quality and embarrassingly can’t be given as a gift! AVOID.

I ordered a winter jumper. Nothing arrived. The tracking just says delivery failed. I've emailed customer services several times without any reply. This company are SCAMMERS!!!!! Don't use them.

Well what can i say this company is fake through and through. Ordered the item on 18th December and it arrived 7th January why say 3 day delivery when really you mean 3 week. The jacket i ordered was nothing like the item i received at all. Faux leather jacket i ordered and got a fluffy peice of material with a cheap belt that was hanging of and the buckle was broken. I have been i conversation with them and 28 emails later the want to give me 30% refund and keep the item that they sent me, I don't have any use for the item apart from cleaning my bins with it. All I want is my money back so that I can get something else as I need the money ey back before I can fo this.

I paid £45 for a “cosy winter sweater” and received a thin polyester long sleeve tshirt with a hood. I’ve emailed the company three times and they are ignoring my request for a refund- on their website it says if you want to return items you have to pay to send them to CHINA WTAF I will preserve as I need the £45 to now but my daughter a belated birthday gift

Les than one star . Ordered a man’s leather Pilot jacket and recieved a nasty cheap bit of Tat nothing like the photo . My bank are now dealing with my complaint as will not pay £25 return postage to China . Why call themselves London Elegance ! Completely misleading . Also if I did fork out the postage no guarantee of a refund as it took ages to arrive & would take equally long to return. Don’t buy from this company

SAME AS EVERYONE- SCAM COMPANY FOR SURE.
Wish I'd checked the reviews. Same auto responses. The shipping emails are constant and ranging from dispatched to out of stock and in no logical order. They also have an unsubscribe button suggesting they are just automated mailing emails rather than actual shipping emails. I have also discovered the very same products for sale at a much lower price on the Light in the Box website. I have a suspicion that they may even just order the products themselves from there and keep the difference in money.

AVOID AVOID* Do not order from here, the clothes are cheap copies and from China! You won't be able to cancel your order,they don't reply to any emails and the contact number doesn't work. I was luck because I used PayPal but still took awhile to get my money back and I had to pay for the item to be sent back to China.

Ordered sheepskin aviator jacket. Got a piece of thin nylon tat ,wouldn't dry my dog with it ,

Ordered a coat which looked nothing like the advertised picture and took 2 weeks to arrive. Absolutely terrible quality. I didn't even unfold it to try it on. Only way to return is to pay for postage to China. I have received no response from the support email other than an automated one with the returns address. I have sent it back but not feeling hopeful about a refund. Do not buy from here!

Just got my very cheaply made flying jacket all I can say what load of rubbish supposed to be sheep skin leather well only leather I have seen made of cloth well ripped off don't buy anything from this company chinese rubbish made un sweat shops
