DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I ordered a pair of shoes from their website, but when they were eventually delivered they were not at all as pictured. Very poor quality, totally different material, uncomfortable to wear, certainly not nearly £80 worth of shoes. I emailed to complain, was offered a 20% refund and to keep the shoes, but if I wanted a full refund I would have to post them back to China with tracking, which would have cost me £30. Thankfully I had paid using PayPal, so complained to them and got a full refund and now I will donate the shoes to charity. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before buying.

I purchased a blanket because the description stated it was made of wool. However, the item I received is actually polyester.

To make matters worse, when I tried to return it, the return shipping cost was higher than the price of the product itself. This company is misleading customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs—it’s a complete waste of money and time.

Ordered a pair of Dr Martens from this website and it was the worst experience I have ever had ordering clothing/footwear online. The order took three weeks to arrive and in that time I had moved house. I contacted then regarding this and they told me they had changed the address only for it to get delivered to my old house.

I went to collect the parcel from the new residence only to find the shoes to be very poor quality, not worth at all what I paid for them. There was no information on return policy with the item so I sent it back to the return address on the package.

I then recieved an email saying there was a delivery problem and they have my parcel, I have been corresponding with them for a week now regarding this and even though they have my parcel they won't issue me a refund because I was supposed to send it to CHINA!!! Which apparently they can't do themselves

Worst company ever. Do not order from them!!!

How is this company still trading. 1 good review out of soooo many. Wish we had read them before ordering. They are clearly scammers and I hope they get what they deserve. Taking money from hard working people and in return you get a jumper of the worst quality that stinks of fish. We are still waiting for our refund after returning the piece of tat in January. Stuck in customs apparently, it's not, we have proof its been cleared and now they are not even bothering to reply to emails. Disgusting excuses of human beings. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered a cashmere sweater and I received a polyester one. After a lot of correspondence via PayPal they offered to reimburse 70% of the cost of purchase. I gave the polyester sweater to a charity shop.

I advise all customers who do not receive the item they bought to settle for nothing less than a 70% refund.

Absolutely poor quality clothing. Looks a legit website, I read the returns policy however, I didn’t realise you have to return to china, which is expensive and not guaranteed to make it through customs. So a total waste of money. Do not buy from these scammers

Scam Company - don't touch them!
Ordered 2 pairs of Martens boots for about £110. Website looks legit but I should have read some reviews first. Boots arrived direct from China after 3 weeks, but terrible quality - very, very cheap materials and certainly nothing to do with Dr Martins. The 30 day money back guarantee advertised requires that you return the parcel to China, with tracked mail - £30. This company is a scam. Don't touch them. The boots are going straight to the charity shop.

I needed to return an item by requesting a 'return form', but I tried 5 times and their system was down!! When I logged into their supposed web site it came up as 'London Glamour' and on the GOV site its classed as 'Elegance London LTD'.
Something is not quite right and Barclaycard are looking into the matter for me.

the item is not anything like the description and the quality is horrendous. There is no finishing at all on any of the seams and it smells like fish.
The customer service doesn't exist and the company has changed its name to London Glamour now.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Can't thank them enough ,I wasn't sure I'd ordered the right size or if the item would arrive on time they have been great in responding to emails they really have been supportive..so thank you so much london elegance I do appreciate your sevice😃

This company is a complete con & scam. If only I had read the reviews first.
The 2 jumpers came directly from China & are nothing like my order. They which I have realised took weeks to get here, are made of horrible synthetic material certainly not 'cashmere' as advertised, no labels, wrong sizing & colours. They are based in Holland. After many emails, I was told I had to return items to a Chinese address & would have to pay for postage. I had already lost money for the 2 jumpers & was not going to believe anything I was told my them. I had also ordered a jumper from Valenti which I now realise is the same company & is also made of cheap materials, no labels etc. Do not buy anything!

I’ve returned them at a cost of £12 using Royal Mail - they are sat in customs now so doubt I’ll get anything back

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They advertise pure cashmere jumpers which at best are polyester or similar. They are of very poor quality. Incorrectly sized. They make it very difficult to get your money back and when you email them your email is bounced back as undeliverable. It is a company based in China so it takes weeks to deliver anything. Do not waste your money.

Do not shop with this company. Total scam making money on customers. I wish I had read the reviews before shopping with them.
I recently bought a coat that cost £38.61. When it arrived the coat was too small and very poor quality. (Nothing like the advent).

I sent an email asking for a return and refund. I was told that it would cost me £20 to £30 to return the coat. Would I accept 20% from them and keep the coat. I had no choice but to accept. I am now stuck with a coat that is unwearable and lost the rest of my money. They are still sending me online adverts to shop with them again and offering me 20% of my next shop. No chance, never again.

Do not use. Item what not as discribed. I ordered Levi Warm Sweater. Certainly wasnt Levi, very poor quality arrived weeks after order. i tried t ocancel after seeimg reviews but couldnt get hold of the compoany on the telephone number which is derad. e,mailed them and they said it was too late but it was within the 1 hour which according to the T&C's was acceptable. avoid at all costs.

After waiting a very long time for my item, with emails blaming the couriers ect... The item was nothing like the picture. I wanted to return & be refunded. They said it would cost £50 euros to return. Or they would offer a 10% refund discount & I keep the item. After emailing them with my frustration about how shoddy the company operates & said that I would report them to trading standards, they offered me a 20% refund discount & to keep the item. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.
