We had an issue with our bucket so I reached out to Lomi customer service. The back and forth was quick and friendly and a replacement bucket is already in the mail. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process!

Had an issue with my Lomi 2 where the unit stopped rotating. Support reviewed my video, guided me through troubleshooting, and ultimately approved a replacement. Communication was clear and the issue was resolved.

Junko provided me with excellent customer service after I explained my unique circumstance regarding needing to replace my Lomi fan but not having the purchase receipt or warranty information. Junko helped me troubleshoot and listened to me as a customer in need and was able to make an exception. This motivates me to want to buy more lomi products in the future and share with others about how great these products and customer service are.
