The freshness of this carrot cake is exceptional, and I particularly appreciate the generous amount of cream cheese. The subtle hint of pineapple elevates its flavor significantly beyond that of typical carrot cakes. I am willing to travel a considerable distance to acquire this particular dessert. Furthermore, the pineapple contributes to a more moist texture, which is an added benefit as it will stay fresh a little longer.
