I first discovered Logonado when I was simply seeking a company to design a logo for my new business - an interaction I believed would be brief and short lived, only to be at a standpoint now where I am proud of what has been achieved a few months on.

From the very first instance, and consistently along the way, Logonado showed genuine interest in my business and really are a major reason I became more driven and motivated to create something truly unique. They helped me understand exactly who I was as a brand and new business, which was somewhat unclear when I approached Logonado. This was really key in helping everything fall in to place that was (and still is) to follow.

Logonado are true specialists in branding and strong marketing to create a brand identity, providing innovative suggestions, valuable advice and incredible support that I never expected. They operate with utmost professionalism, yet are extremely approachable and personable, always making me feel priority.

From designing a logo that I absolutely love that rings true to my brand, to creating striking and innovative artwork in the form of business cards, stationary and flyers - this company have exceeded my expectations in every sense.

The talented design team interpreted my ideas and added their creativity and expertise to deliver outcomes beyond my expectations. Needless to say, I am excited about creating my website which is already looking impressive in its infancy.

If I could give a -1000 star review on this company, I would.
Months of rubbish...back and forward, not answering any questions properly.
When I first signed up, I was just getting a logo. The logos sent through were rubbish, nothing even close to the guidelines. I had to send them a stock photo which they just pretty much sent back to me, and wanted to charge me $250 for a social set.
Along with my two websites, nothing was easy. Was charged GST after the fact one month later.
When I continued to ask for the back end so I can update myself, all sneaky costs started creeping in. SLL certificates not included with purchase, not safe to go live without it.
Admin panel $1500 on top of the $1400 I already paid to access to update myself blah blah blah.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Avoid this company at all cost.
The say they are Brisbane based, maybe some other Brisbane for certainly not in Australia.
It is a pitty that I even have to give them 1 star inorder to write a review, they are not worth even worth a star.
Pagage for designing a logo and stationary was a waste of money and time.
They could not come up with a reasonable looking logo so I designed one myself and ask them to use my basic disign and make it look professional and convert this in a png file, they just copy my logo and for the stationary and than try to get more money for the files. Iended up using FIVERR andhad a beautiful design done for $14, yes forteen dollars.

1. I told them I wanted to deal with a local company in Brisbane and was told that yes, they have an office here. When I tried to organise a meeting as I was in Brisbane city for business I was informed they don't do face to face! (Way before Covid)

2. They designed 3 Logos for my businesses. The Logo's themselves were good quality and I'm pleased with them. They then talked me into purchasing a Copyright for one of them which I accepted on their advice. Only to find after being a bit suspicious as the cert didn't arrive for 5 months that in Australia a Copyright Cert is NOT required. When the cert arrived it confirmed my fears. It was stamped and signed by themselves . Even signed by James McCoy!!!! Not the real McCoy, believe me.

3. They built a website for me which was fine but 2 months after handover it went down and they demanded another $500 to recover it with NO answer as to what caused it to crash. I have since migrated to another hoster.

Be warned. They are NOT based in Australia and have dodgy ethics.

They are not based in Australia. I had to make the logo for them and it still took them four revisions to copy what I made. I got the business pack, it comes with business cards and email signature however these come as jpeg and are non editable.

Save you money and go with someone else.

Our Company has completed its business branding which includes our logo designs, website and social media marketing. We worked closely with the team at Logonado for a month and we have finalized 6 Logo designs which I absolutely love. Our Website is LIVE and we are looking for more business projects coming up. They are very quick to respond and patient in working together to ensure client satisfaction. We are personally thankful to Brian and Frank who have lead this work with me :). They are not even in Australia. They will assess your project and ask you for more money. If I could give zero stars I would! They are scammers and will not deliver what they say. This has been the worst business experience of my life. I have reported them and I hope they will be shut down. Do your research first as you will be burned.

Logonado completed a logo for me quickly and effectively. They listened to any changes that needed to be made and ensured I was happy with the final result. Would definitely recommend Logonado.

I have been scammed $1100. I paid for a logo and a website. They sent me my logo concepts which was someone elses logo and they just changed the business name to mine. They are not based in Australia!! They are not professional designers!! SCAMMERS!!!

NO NO NO. Not even close to what id explained that i wanted. Spelling mistakes, slow communication and very childish proposed logos. not even close. They would have spent a total of 5 minutes at most from what i could see. Not happy and since saying i wasn't pleased i have been unable to reach anyone and have had no response. 100% customer satisfaction??? i'm not satisfied

I initially approached them to just get a logo concept. However ended up signing up for the stationery design package also. The logo design stage went well. However when we moved to the stationery design stage, they started the upsell and stalling techniques. It took about 5 weeks to get a satisfactory stationery design with many errors and oversights on their part. Now they are refusing to give me the designs in usable format unless I pay more money. Needless to say I refuse.

After quite a few emails back and forth I received a logo that I am proud of, however towards me receiving my final product,Jasper's customer service was appalling. He called me to argue that he was always right and I was wrong. If choosing to go through Logonado, ask for a different representative to Jasper.

I recently used Logonado to design a logo. After reading the reviews, I was unsure what to expect and a bit apprehensive but... I was pleasantly surprised. The final product was delivered promptly and was superior to that of previous design companies I had used who charged 10x as much.

If you're looking for a cheap, no frills but high quality logo with a quick turnaround, I would definitely recommend Logonado. Just remember how little you are paying, lower your expectations and I'm confident you'll be pleasantly surprised by the final product.
