Can't get ahold of anyone at the phone number provided. The 24/7 chat support is a flat lie, i can't get a response from them. I can't log into my account or get an email from them to reset a password. I haven't heard a word from them since they took my money. This website reeks of a scam that I unfortunately fell for.

SCAM ARTISTS! Buyer beware! I am getting ready to SUE them. They faked a chat and I could file a complaint with my local PD based on that evidence. He had no clue I was a FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR. My husband is a Marine corps General. I have contacts with FBI and CIA and we are moving to scrutinize this company and BUST them.

Scam company. They get your contact information and then try to scam you that the state of California has notified them you in danger of losing your trademark. And you need to contact them immediately to prevent this from happening.
Most likely off shore, probably India 🇮🇳

I been trying to work with this company for the last 8 months, to work on an trademark which they promised they can process for you, since they allegedly have a legal department, they only took my money and now they do not want to return it, its been well over six months and there is no supervisor to talk to or anyone that can help in the matter, all they want to do is upsell you more, they make promises they never intend to keep, this by far the worst company I dealt with, Wish you all the best of luck!!!

EDIT: Struggled with this company to get what I felt I had paid for but we finally came to an agreement. I thought we had come to terms on a good result after a lot of back and forth so I left them a positive review (somewhat in exchange for getting what I wanted - for them to relinquish ownership of the logo to me in writing).

Here we are five months later and they are trying to scam me out of some legal fees again for filing the federal trademark. They will tell you that you HAVE to file this and that someone else is trying to file for your same company name and mark. They try to use your lack of knowledge of the system to create fear - and then take your money. I am so disappointed that this is how it's all turning out. I would NOT recommend this company.

Good results! While we didn't have the smoothest working relationship at times, we ended up with positive results and a willingness to do what it took to ensure that I was satisfied. I feel that they met their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I can't ask for more than that.

I wanted someone who could brand my products while keeping in mind all aspects of customer pleasure as well as the overall strategy. They told me that everything would be taken care of and that the prices they gave were reasonable. It was hard for me to believe in that. But I gave them a shot, and they delivered exactly what they promised & performed excellently in my opinion.

Don't believe what they put on their website, the "All file format" and "100% money back guarantee" on their website is not true. It's a bait, and they will make you pay more, once you sign up. Paid for the $29 basic package for a single logo design including "all file formats" as shown on the website. After the design was complete, i was then told the $29 package only includes two file formats (jpg and png only), and was asked to pay for the $69 package to have access to other formats. After paying $69 for the start up package just to access the "All file formats" which was supposed to be provided under the basic package, I requested for a refund on the basic package ($29) since I wasn't satisfied with the service options, and I was paying more to get the file formats, but they declined my request. So, I have paid $98 in total only to get a single logo job done with two logo design concepts, file formats for one logo concept: (Ai, PSD, EPS, PNG, JPG, PDF), one dedicated designer, zero revisions and zero icons provided.

Total bait and switch - they get you in on the low side then tell you to implement your ideas is going to cost you an extra $200. Even after I refused to go with either design, they failed to give me the money back they falsely advertise! This company should be shut down for bad business practices!
