Over promised and didn’t deliver.
Very prompt at locking me into a purchase and promised a turn around for a specific event date. Didn’t arrive as promised. Paid express post with it promised to be shipped from Melbourne which would have gotten to me overnight through Aus Post. They used courier which went via Sydney. Do not recommend and won’t use again.

They are a scam!! Do not use them!!! Our order is extremely late or it’s never coming…. We had an event and ordered weeks prior but they haven’t arrived…. Extremely hard to contact as their phone number is not working and they don’t reply via message.

First and last time.
Ordered over a week ago, and they are useless at getting the order out.
So casual with their email, like they actually dont give a toss once they have your cash.
Replies like this at day 5 after order.

"Your order is currently being processed at our Melbourne factory and is expected to be dispatched by this weekend. We’ll provide an update as soon as your order has been completed and shipped."
Today I called, and a lady said she will call the warehouse and get straight back to me, as I explained the urgency of this now late order.
Ive heard nothing and now calling for the 5th time for the phone to ring out whilst I hear the sales pitch of how great this company will be at developing your brand.
Thank you, Loggoed, for losing me a lost customer and a bad review due to you having no clue on how to run a business or provide good customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Logoed. Their service was pathetic—my order was mishandled and delayed without proper updates. When I tried reaching out, their customer service was equally unhelpful, with slow responses and no real solutions. I expected a professional experience, but unfortunately it fell far short. I would not recommend this company.

UPDATED.
As much as I have finally received my order, it took some threatening to go to consumer affairs to and my bank to have the items I ordered delivered within the timeframe I was promised.
Once the items were received, I am happy with them, they actually look great, however the entire process left alot to be desired.
I have now been contacted and asked to review my review.
I told them that I will delete my review if I order them from again and I don't have drama!
Currently having an extremely difficult transaction.
Placed an order and PAID IN FULL on 4th September. Mock ups were sent and accepted and then they told me that the pictures weren’t good enough and I had to pay extra. I asked for an immediate refund so they gave me free Vector service.
I have tried to ring them and can’t get through.
I finally had someone ring me and assure me that my order would be processed and sent out by 11th by express post.
To date I haven’t received anything.
Every time I message I get told a different story.
I spent money and I would like to be able to get what I paid for.

Had an expo needed to attend. Logoed hooked helped us out with a rush order hi vis polo and vest set so we were compliant on site. Don’t know what I wouldn’t done without these shirts. Thanks so much guys
Don’t use them…
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Logoed and would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
They completely messed up my order, they used the wrong product, and the logo/print came out poorly. When I raised this with them, instead of taking accountability, they offered to reprint it at a slightly lower price, but still expected me to pay for the reprint. The issue wasn’t due to any error on my part, it was entirely theirs.
Before you place an order with Logoed, they make you review your design and product details thoroughly. Their terms and conditions say that once you’ve approved the proof, any mistake is on you. But in this case, the fault was theirs, not mine. Despite this, they’re now hiding behind those same terms and refusing to cover the cost of fixing their own mistake. It’s poor practice and incredibly unfair.
Trying to get in touch with them has been nearly impossible. I’ve called their number more times than I can count over the past few weeks, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that no one ever picks up. The line just rings out. Their voicemail says they offer “the highest quality service,” with a “friendly and knowledgeable team,” and that they’re “there to assist every step of the way.” That couldn’t be further from the truth.
Their chat system is just as bad. It’s painfully slow, and responses are vague and unhelpful. I’ve been passed around, told that “someone will get back to you in a few hours,” and then… nothing. No follow-up. No resolution. Just more waiting and excuses. I’ve even been told they’re having “system issues” on multiple occasions, which seems to be the standard fallback response whenever they don’t have an answer.
At the end of the day, all I’ve asked for is to receive what I originally ordered, without being made to pay extra because of their error. As a business, they should have acknowledged the mistake, fixed it, and moved on. That’s what good customer service looks like. Instead, they’ve wasted my time, dodged responsibility, and failed to deliver the basics.
I won’t be ordering from Logoed again, and I’d strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of companies out there who will actually value their customers. This one clearly doesn’t.

I'm extremely satisfied with the polo shirt printing services I received! The quality of the prints is excellent, the colors are vibrant, and the shirts are super comfortable. The team was also very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
