I was having trouble with the park owners as to what figure they would give for my caravan after several discussions they told me cause it was over 12 years old and if I wasn't happy I would need to sell it off site. I contacted Lodges and Caravans to see if they could help.Robert told me that yes the would like to help me and immediately offered aa higher figure than I had been given. I accepted that offer and from them and Lodges and Caravans were so helpful keeping me informed. The leisure park were so un helpful and kept trying to put obstacles in the way. I now have had the van taken off the plot and Lodges and Caravans can now move it to its new home. I would have no qualms about recommending Lodges and Caravans to anyone needing help, they certainly made what could have been a very stressful time for me into an experience of calm and confidence that my problem would be solved, and it was. I would just like to thank Robert for all his help in selling my caravan,i really couldn't of done it all without him.
He helped find someone to buy it and then helped me all the way till it got picked up.
So if you need help he is the gentleman you need to go to,5 star service.

I contacted Robert Kingsley in June this year as I needed to sell my caravan and was offered an insulting price from my park sales, I took advantage of the selling pack from these people and managed to get a buyer within the first month. I had bad interaction from my park and this is where Robert stepped in for me in sorting everything. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend using them for helping.

I can't recommend Lodges and Caravans highly enough. They advertised my 2019 Atlas static caravan and managed to sell it within just one month. I saw their advertising on Facebook and thought I'd give it a go. After two weeks I had 44 views then I paid a very small fee which improved my advertising profile so it was listed on Rightmove and another site. After which I got more views and sold my Caravan within the month.

Not only was the process smooth and professional from start to finish, but they also achieved a sale price that was significantly higher than what I would have received had I sold it back to the park owners (who had offered me a fraction of what I'd paid them a few months earlier).

Their communication was excellent throughout, and they clearly know how to market caravans effectively. If you're thinking of selling your lodge or caravan, I would definitely recommend giving them a call. Thank you for a fantastic service!

Took a bit of getting used to setting it up but with your Help it worked out brilliant sold it in about three weeks and still getting people asking to view. I got three times what the Park offered but I pay the transfer fee. I’d like to thank all your stuff for your help and every success in the future. This is a brilliant idea what you’ve done and will help many people so advise anybody wishing to sell their caravan plan a bit in advance so you’ve got time to sell it instead of having to sell it to the park.

I took up the offer of a 30 days free listing of my holiday lodge in Northumberland.
Initially, I had left the advertising to my park management, who had listed the lodge on their web site.
After a couple of months with not a lot of progress, I took up the above offer with Lodges & Caravans.Forsale
I listed the lodge on their platform with internal and external photos.
I then called the company and spoke to Robert Kingsley (the Business owner) and he promptly explained how it all worked
This was late afternoon on Day 1
After having his team verify the add that I had just up-loaded to his pklatform the add was live within an hour.
I had an enquiry on Day 2
On Day 3 we had a viewing and they prospective purchaser made an offer which I accepted
So it was all wrapped up within the first 5 days.
It has only been 17 day since I posted the add and its all done and dusted
I would highly reccomend using Lodges & Caravan.Forsale, especially while they have the 30 day free offer on as this sale has cost me nothing to advertise with a really positive result
However, I must add that although the sale was a result of the add I placed with Lodges & Caravans.forsale
The financial side of the transaction had to be done through our Park Management as they take their cut of the sale
I highly recommend using this platform for any mobile home/caravan sale

I’ve been trying to sell my luxury lodge for some time and kept coming up against estate agents charging fixed commissions of around 10%, which felt disproportionate and frankly off-putting. As a result, I decided to list the lodge myself across various platforms, but despite a lot of effort, I had no success and was starting to feel rather despondent.
I then came across this newly formed company, which is aiming to become something like the Rightmove of lodges and caravans. From the outset, I found the co-founder, Robert, to be very helpful, optimistic and genuinely engaged. It’s been a real relief to have someone take over the listing and promotion side for a clear monthly fee rather than a large commission.
It’s early days, but the support so far has been reassuring, and I finally feel like the listing is in capable hands. I’ll update this review if a sale comes through as a result of their work.
