They should treat all workers equal. Some workers will go for a year without working Sundays and bank holidays and others are working all Sundays and bank holidays 🙃. It's not fair.

Today marks one month since I started working with Locumlink, and it has been a truly lovely experience from the very beginning. The application process was smooth, and the Locumlink team has been excellent with communication. They always answer my calls, even when I call frequently, and they’ve been very supportive throughout.

I consistently receive the number of shifts I request each week based on the availability I set in the Locumlink app. The app itself is very easy to use and makes managing my schedule simple.

I recently switched agencies, and so far Locumlink has been very helpful and understanding. If it makes any nervous people feel any better, I recently made a mistake (I am still getting used to their app) they have never antagonized me and solved the issue straight away. I absolutely recommend Locumlink to student nurses who are starting off in their career, those who are looking for complete independence with their schedule (you don’t need to rely/ call anyone, but there will be someone looking out for you if you have any questions), and those who seek more experience in personal care. However, the only downside was that the registration had me worried financially and did take a bit of time, but other than that I have no issues with my experience so far. Brilliant!
