Scammers! I have never received my order. Apparently, it was delivered, but to another address, although they had my address as a delivery address. I contacted them numerous times and they refuse to refund me

The scammers are gone. Their website doesn't exist anymore and their email is no longer working
Similar story to another review. Against my better judgement, ordered a cream. Didn’t look at the reviews. At the back of my mind thought it was a scam. Notice from EVRI that parcel in its way, so thought it was all good.
Parcel, if you can call it that arrived. Bubble wrap envelope ripped at the back and contents gone.
EVRI instructions were to contact supplier for replacement or refund.
Supplier advised me to contact the Post office fiat a refund!?
After several emails in poor English offer 50% refund. As yet waiting to see if this materialises.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Scam scam scam
Again another duped customer. Earrings arrived one was broken, offer 30% discount which I accepted (stupidly) which of course never materialised. Complete scam, annoyed with myself for not checking them out first.

Originally given 40% refund as I asked where the product info and instructions were.
Says money back guarantee, but only if u spend more than the product to return it.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered Earrings, received an EMPTY envelope.
29 e-mails and counting, I am being told I can have 30% refund but only if I return product at my own expense.
They do not seem to understand English, certainly not the words EMPTY, NOTHING, NOT, NO.
They are also telling me to contact the Post Office, no idea why as it was EVRI that delivered the empty envelope.
Personally I think the empty envelope was deliberate and they profit by refusing refunds and stealing money from unsuspecting customers.
Certainly the most unscrupulous company I have ever encountered.

I purchased earrings. They were Not in the Advertised Packaging. They did not fit. The company would NOT Refund in FULL. Nor would they pay for the return of the product. Please Be careful this company has NO Morrals
As with every one who reviewed. Did not receive earnings, offered 40% refund as was told they could not get back from Evri. Even Evri said would deliver but never turned up.
I have a complaint, hopefully being looked at, but not hopeful.
Simply lost my money. Very stupidly did not look at reviews before ordering. If I had they would have received one order less and I would have more money in bank!
Mine arrived but they were not as big as the advert only 7mm and a magnet at the back of them not as the advert, also only in a plastic little back not box. very tiny.

Like many wish I’d read reviews before. I don’t normally fall for scams but this one got me never received my item and tracking number non existent absolute disgraceful just trying to get a refund but don’t hold out much hope from what Iv read AVOID ITS A SCAM absolutely disgraceful
Terrible customer service, one of the earrings was broken very poor design especially to fasten if you have Arthiritis! They promised they did not tarnish!!!! Lies I have tried emails but get no response. This is most definitely a SCAM My advice would be to steer clear of this company for sure my gold earrings are now black!!!! Agree with all the negative reviews likewise I should have checked here before ordering. I hope this helps you not to loose £30+ pounds as I ordered silver and gold. My earrings arrived broken.One wouldn't open and the other wouldn't close. I emailed and sent photos but like other reviewers I'm battling to get 100% refund. They offered me 30% which I refused then they upped the offer to 40%. They said if I returned the earrings and as long as they receive them they would look to issue full refund but not the return postage costs. I would have to send the back with proof of receipt to prove they have received them. I have continually pointed out that nobody should accept a part refund for damaged goods received and why should I have to pay postage? I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall! Please please avoid this company like the plague. They take your money and try to make sure they don't refund it all. I won't give up trying to get a full refund. SCAM !!!
Absolutely awful company, I ordered earrings, when they finally arrived both were completely broken, got in touch with locosoe told me I could have 30% back of the price I paid which was £26, or I could have 50% back if I returned them unopened, how was that going to happen when I needed to open them as they were in a small box. They also told me I could have 50% back if they got them as parcels go missing, well, that was it I now knew they'd say they never received them and I wouldn't get any money back PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM, the earrings were plastic not even gold plated cheap load of rubbish

Refund taking a long time to be agreed and take place. Lots if emails but no action.
Dont use this company.
Under no circumstances use these. Didn’t receive order. First said problem with address. When challenged they then changed their mind to they tried to deliver but none was in. I am home all day, every day and no one tried to deliver. So they have my money and the product. The best I’ve got from them so far is 50% compensation. Should be 100% refund as I’ve not got product.
Don’t believe the tag line in their advert about money back.

Silver ear ring have gone black , gold pair damaged on arrival no clasp
Earrings arrived bent and with no clasp to fasten them. 30%refund offered - pointless. Return postage extortionate. Am claiming refund through PayPal.
My earrings arrived. 1 pair welded closed and the other pair had one with the class melted and broken. The only offered me a 30% refund to keep them. Why would I want to keep earrings I can't use!!!! I wanted to send them back and they refuse to pay shipping. So I would have payed 70% and shipping for a product I can't use. I sent them photos too!!!! They are a scam!!!
