They where ok but did not really speak to me much the locksmith himself was on phone when was trying to talk to them witch i think is rude and I couldn't really understand the guy on the phone ether so not very good experience did say a time 12-1 ended coming out at 4-5

The locksmith that came out was fantastic. However reporting it through RAC and then their partners before getting to that point was hard work, kept having to chase them up and got no updates.

Perfect service, prompt, friendly and all dealt with without a fuss.

Can't fault the company at all. Very prompt contact made throughout the whole process, got my key made the next day. This was all initially made from an RAC Key Replace claim, they contacted me the same day and provided me with a booked timeslot then obviously sent out someone the next day (someone from Car Key Solutions). No hassle at all from the latter company either and very good updates on the locksmith being on his way etc.

Not a single complaint. The gentleman was very polite and friendly. Very helpful and fast at his job.
Booking was very easy and on time.
Customer service in person and on the phone were great.
Will definitely recommend

Contacted RAC keycare as I shut my boot with the keys in, promptly dealt with my situation and put me in touch with the locksmith who contacted me directly.

Excellent service all round. The lack of 10mm split ring on the new key,to attach any tag, keys, safety chain etc, is proving difficult to find with out purchasing large quantities on line.

Brilliant service never thought I'd be able to get a replacement car key blade after losing mine

New after market key supplied not a Land Rover one but it rattles inside. Sounds as if there’s something loose inside

I lost my car fob, luckily I was covered for a replacement with the RAC.
The man came out the same day to replace my fob, was extremely friendly and professional.He programmed the fob very quickly and tested the fob thoroughly.
I am very happy with the service provided thank-you.

Efficient service from a friendly technician

I was directed (by the RAC) to use Locksmith & Locks after my partner lost his car key.

Erol sent me texts confirming his arrival time. My partner said Erol was great, “top draw service” 🥳. And since he has now found his ‘lost keys’ in the car under the passenger seat(!) I’ve no doubt he’ll be calling Erol at Locksmith & Locks to activate that key too 🤣

Steve came out to fix my key exactly when he said he would, was efficient and friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you!

The company contacted me within 30 minutes of the post office authorizing my claim. They sent a very knowledgeable engineer out the same day who sorted me a new key for my Mercedes. 10 out of 10 for service. No stress, very easy.

No issues with the actual door being unlocked, a few minutes and I had access. So if I did not have to wait so long, I would have given 5 star score. I was not presented with a correct time of arrival until 16.00. This only happened after I had to chase twice with 2-3rd parties RAC/ Davies and was informed that it was due to a motorway accident. The other parties should contact the customer if the delay is unusually long. My booking was an am slot expectation 11.30 and the locksmith called me to apology for delay when he reached Ashford. This was appreciated but I was not; sure if this was genuine or not after learning he lived close by to my address and suspected time management suited him better to deal with me at the end of the day.
