Arrived earlier than expected, inspected jammed door, informed me of the fault and cost to rectify. Arthur attempted to free the jammed door, but eventually had to resort to drilling the door to free the faulty mechanism. I was certainly impressed with his knowledge and the professional way in which he replaced the faulty part, leaving the door and area clean and tidy on completion. Would certainly recommend this company for their reliability, professionalism and reasonable costs

Arthur did a fantastic job. He replaced the Yale lock on my front door and repaired the Chubb lock. Excellent standard of work and everything tidied up afterwards. Very reasonable and fair price. I would recommend Locks4Less without hesitation or reservation. Thank you Arthur.

I was impressed with their website so phoned and explained the issue with my grant door lock. Arthur asked me to take photos and based on my description and the photos he quickly identified the problem and responded with a quote to rectify the fault. I accepted the quote and he came the same day at exactly the te quoted and efficiently fitted a new part. Very impressed with the service.

I didn’t need an emergency service but appreciated a quick visit. The whole door mechanism needed to be replaced but I was not given any options or time to look up the price of the mechanism or wasn’t offered any helps finding it online; I was told to get it done by their company using their materials. They couldn’t even put my old lock back as it was so I would end up unable to use the door the same way I did before a callout.
The service was quick and professional and but being charged £216 for a lock seemed high; the total service cost me £288. I would say do not get pressured and explore your options on the phone and get quotes from other locksmiths if you expect that a change of hardware will be required.

Sunday morning at 1am locked myself out of the gaff. Tried 10 different companies. No answers or cancelled on me after 2 hours. Bogdan arrived in 30 minutes, completed the job super quick. Gave me 5 spare keys so it doesn’t happen again. The service was worth every penny.
