While catching up the car the service was excellent and friendly. Thanks to the person who served me.
The car was really good and everything went well until I was supposed to return the car on Sunday afternoon. There weren’t any vacant places in the garage because two cars were parked badly. They were on the lines so that they blocked two spots each. I couldn’t leave the car there. I called to the given number and chose the service in English. However the person couldn’t speak English, but she promised that someone will call me soon. Nobody called. So I called again and chose English. There was a man who neither spoke English and he just ended the call. Nobody called back!
If I had been in a hurry I didn’t know what to do. Fortunately I was able to return the car on Monday morning. I told about these inconveniences to the person who checked the car. He was sorry about everything.
I had to pay for the time in the parking hall on Sunday. Then I had to pay for the parking on the street. And of course there was a lot of extra trouble.

Understand that as we didn't pre book price would be higher, but not that high. Felt like a rip off. Difficult to find car return at Turin Airport, office not clear. Car good though, although steering a little loose. Staff good at central Turin and airport.

È andato tutto bene e il personale è stato molto disponibile. C'è da dire che la qualità di un servizio si vede quando ci sono problemi e, per fortuna, non è stato il mio caso

Además, al devolver el coche nos confundimos de terminal y nos dejaron volver a coger el coche para llegar cómodamente a la terminal de salida
