Efficienti, precisi e gentilissimi: sicuramente mi rivolgerò ancora a loro in caso di bisogno. La macchina era in perfette condizioni (e me ne hanno consegnata una più grande di quella prenotata, momentaneamente non disponibile), la cauzione è stata, come dichiarato, di un centesimo, abbiamo controllato insieme l'auto sia prima che dopo, con l'invio via mail dello schema con tutti i piccoli segni già presenti. Li consiglio!

We made a last minute decision to rent a car from Locauto in Siracusa. Federico in the Siracusa office was very polite and professional throughout and was able to get us into a good standard of vehicle the next day. Unfortunately, we had a flat battery one morning due to an interior light being left on, but Federico was able to help us get a breakdown truck out very quickly as we do not speak Italian and we were back up and running within a couple of hours of finding the problem. Although not ideal to have a flat battery, these things do happen and it was the response to it that was important to us and prompted me to write a positive review.

Tutto top come sempre, Federico di Siracusa è il top, unico neo i prezzi arrivati alle stelle, motivo per cui giorno 4 ottobre chiuderò il mio contratto con voi.

A very good experience from start to finish. We were apprehensive about the whole car hire scene after having read so many horror stories. But Federico in Siracusa was top-notch: very friendly, helpful and professional. We had a comfortable car - VW T-ROC - and a stress-free pickup and drop off. Thank you, we'll certainly use LOCAUTO again.

The best customer service ! We picked our car from Syracuse and dropped off at catania airport. We were having difficulties with other rental company and Locauto was so accommodating super easy to talk and I would highly recommend them and would definitely book with them again!
