Easy pick up and drop off at convenient location near Siena. Friendly and professional service from staff. Reassuring that it’s part of the Enterprise family. Car was clean, in decent condition and ready to drive.

Super feedback, thank you very much! See you soon onboard again with us. Fabio
Good
Good, however, the car drop off location agreed upon –and indicated in our contract– was closed when we arrived, so we had to drive to another Locauto location... would be nice if they checked their locations' closing hours before handing us the car. And the phone customer service was closed on a Saturday at 13h20, not opening before Monday. Not great for a car rental company which caters to tourists.

Dear Antoine, thank you for sharing your experience.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during the return of your vehicle. It is certainly our responsibility to ensure that the drop-off locations and hours indicated in the contract are accurate. We are sorry for the frustration this situation caused, and we will immediately check with our relevant department to understand why this oversight occurred and to update our systems accordingly.
We understand that availability during the weekend is important for travelers, and we will share your feedback with our management to help us evaluate future improvements to our support hours.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet our standard level of service, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother rental in the future.

We received the car fairly quickly…
We received the car fairly quickly which was good. We should have checked over the car better but the car did not have a full tank of gas. When we returned it it we tried to fill it but the gas station near tge car rental was broken needless to say we were charged €60 for 1/4 tank of gas. People pay attention there is no taxi to take you to your train that will get you there on time. Return at least 2 hrs before yoyr train leaves

Dear Michael, thank you or taking he time to write tihis review.
We ate glad you appreciated our fast service. We apologize if you encountered any issues regarding the fuel level. To clarify our refueling charge policy, our standard procedure is to provide the vehicle with a full tank. This was confirmed and shown to you during the pre-rental inspection before the rental agreement was signed.
In this case, as the vehicle was not returned with a full tank, a refueling service fee plus the cost of the missing liters was applied, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions: https://portale.locautorent.com/doc/specialrentalconditions.pdf.
Please note that we also offer a prepaid fuel option at the start of the rental, which allows you to pay for a full tank in advance and return the vehicle empty.
Your feedback is valuable to us as it helps us improve our service.
We hope to welcome you back soon.
Chiara
