It would be a great idea to inform properly the client on how different systems fonction in the car. A quick review on different system would be nice on a unfamiliar car. We were not able to make the air conditioning in use. i've tried to reach the service and only an automatic answer telling me that i would receive a real answer before 14-15 days! It was hot... For the rest, the car was OK except that it was not clean.

Svar fra Locauto Group - La Spezia
Dear Sylvain, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
What you described does not reflect our high standard of service, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning, the cleanliness of the car, and the delayed support.
Please rest assured that we truly value your feedback and will use it to improve both our parking assistance procedures—ensuring our team takes the time to explain the key features of the vehicle—and our cleaning standards to guarantee our cars are always spotless upon pickup.
We appreciate your constructive remarks and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much better experience in the future.
Chiara

Locatuo did everything well enough
Locatuo did everything well enough. The La Spezia team was great. The van was a manual. We booked an automatic. The van was also a tired Nissan - dirty and unkept. It performed well enough for the two weeks we had it. We were expecting a newer VW Caravelle (automatic).

Svar fra Locauto Group - La Spezia
Dear Troy, thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased to hear that our team in La Spezia was great and that the van performed well and reliably throughout your two-week journey.
We would like to clarify the situation regarding the transmission and the vehicle model to ensure transparency. According to your reservation details, the booking was actually made for a manual transmission van, which is why a manual vehicle was prepared and provided for your rental.
Regarding the vehicle model, we always specify during the booking process that reservations guarantee a specific car category or class, rather than a specific make and model.
However, we are sincerely sorry to hear that the cleanliness and overall condition of the Nissan van did not meet your expectations or our usual standards.
We will share your comments with our management to ensure our cleaning and fleet maintenance procedures are strictly enforced.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience.
Elisa
