Come al solito ottima esperienza con la sede alla stazione di Civitavecchia.
Mi sono anche trovato benissimo alla riconsegna con l'ottimo Gabriele al quale comunque ho notificato il fatto che il satellitare, come accessorio richiesto (un Tom Tom) è stata l'unica pecca relativa al suo funzionamento manchevole e meno funzionale addirittura di Google Maps che alla fine ho dovuto usare. Per tutto il resto tutto veramente ok.

I have used every hire car company you can think of on 4 continents and Locauto are the best.
Customer service comes first - not up selling - and they are always very accommodating. If your price is is within 30% of Locauto - it's worth the upgrade. VIP service without the price tag.
Special mention to Jacapo at the Civtavecchia branch who helped me out with two one-way hire cars to the airport when I popped in today - they were cheaper and gave us far more flexibility that a transfer.

I was late 1 hour on my return due to traffic and was charged a full day. The car was dirty and had bird poop on the outside. The return attendant was rude as well. The staff at Civitavecchia was good.

We would like to clarify that Locauto's main goal is to provide the best possible support to our customers. For this reason, we offer a 59-minute grace period to accommodate potential travel delays. However, once this 59-minute window is exceeded, our system automatically charges for an extra day. Because of this automated process, we always encourage our guests to adhere closely to the return time stated on their contract.
We apologize for the condition of the car and for our staff's attitude, which does not reflect our company standards. At the same time, we are glad to hear that our team in Civitavecchia was pleasant and helpful.
We will share your feedback with the relevant department to continuously improve our service, and we hope to have another opportunity to earn back your trust in the future.

The Rep at Fiumicino airport was not very nice, the car was great however when I arrived at Civitavecchia to return the car the office was closed from 13:00-15:00 and no drop off key box, just a phone number which no one answered, however the HERTZ office down the block was open,
