Se riconsegni il veicolo oltre l'orario di chiusura dell'Ufficio, dovrai parcheggiare il veicolo nello stallo dedicato e lasciare le chiavi, gratuitamente, nella key-box presente nei pressi dell'Ufficio di noleggio. Servizio Elefast: il noleggio digitale, che ti permette di prenotare e ritirare l’auto in modalità contactless direttamente in parcheggio, senza passare dal banco di noleggio.

El alquiler era recogerlo lleno y devolverlo lleno. Cuando lo recogí tenía para 840 km y no estaba lleno. Lo devolví con depósito para 1020 km, pero como le faltaba muy poco para llenar, tuve que ir a una gasolinera a terminar de llenarlo. No me parece serio

The range shown on the dashboard is calculated automatically based on previous driving styles and route conditions, so it does not directly reflect the physical amount of fuel in the tank.

We were misled by the woman who…
We were misled by the woman who assisted us. We had to cancel our previous reservation, which couldn’t be resolved on-site, and we were assured that we would receive a refund. The refund was denied by the company. After canceling the reservation, the woman made a new one and offered us the only car available. It was twice the price and included all kinds of insurance that we weren’t even asked if we wanted. I feel ripped off. I won’t be using this company’s services again.

Exceptional service at Bologna Airport
I had an excellent experience with Locauto at Bologna Airport. The lady who assisted me was absolutely amazing. It was high season and availability was limited, but she went out of her way to find me exactly the type of car I needed. I really appreciated the effort and personal attention.
The whole team was wonderful — friendly, professional, efficient and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. Everything went smoothly and I felt very well looked after.
I will definitely rent from Locauto again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental company in Italy. Thank you to the entire Bologna Airport team for such a great experience!
