Uncomplicated will.
Initial contact was ok and informative, however, I was assigned someone to help formulate the will and found his manner abrupt, intimidating, rude, and unfriendly.
I would have expected a little more understanding and guidance as I had no idea of the process.
If I hadn't already paid for the service before this communication I would have used a different company.
After a couple of amendments on the draft copy, which were delt with quickly, I now have the will.
