Courteous service
Courteous service, easy to deal with, minor adjustment to the order handled without problem and quick removal after the event.

Good communication and efficient delivery
We had a very positive experience hiring a toilet for a small event. Lauren was quick to answer any questions and the toilet was delivered and collected with no issues. The toilet was also in good condition. Would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. They delivered when they said they would - phoning 30 mins before arrival to let me know on way. And they collected when they said they would. The toilet was in excellent order. Very clean. Would definitely use this company again for our events.

1. Excellent customer service.
2. Good service standards.
The only reasons for giving a 4 star are:
1. The price is on the higher side. It should have been around £22+VAT per week.
2. There was a small leak at one corner of the toilet shell on the outer side. Maintenance & thorough inspection of the toilets before delivery must be improved.
