They are helpfull and try to come up with options to suit my business

Our exposure and brand name are growing more and more each day and the help and support from LocaliQ really is a step above the rest. We are so satisfied with the service provided to us.

We met Rick with Local IQ at a marketing event. He presented our company with what we thought was a comprehensive plan to increase our leads and grow our business. Neither one happened. They painted a beautiful picture that if we wanted to take our company to the next level, this was the campaign to accomplish that; not postcards or magazines, but digital. After two months of ZERO leads, they advised that we needed to run the campaign longer. They tried to take credit for leads and sales that were not tied to the campaign, and then told us they were performing well. That was not the case! We did not get any real value from the Local IQ campaign. The bottom line is that this company did not deliver the leads and closes we were promised, costing us tens of thousands of wasted marketing dollars and hundreds of hours of our time working with them to maximize the campaign. Stay away from this company!

I had a terrible time initially getting someone to reach back out to me. Then when I finally got an ad posted, the bills were sent to the wrong billing address with the wrong name so I never received them.

Even though they had my email and phone on file, the only time that anyone ever tried to contact me via email to inquire about the unpaid bills was when they sent me to collections.

It is interesting that the collections team knew how to get in touch with me. Very bad customer service.

We worked with a marketing agency that partnered directly with LocalIQ for our digital marketing needs. Throughout our engagement, we were in direct communication with LocalIQ and relied on them to manage our campaigns effectively.

After about eight months, we discovered that the reported performance metrics were significantly inflated. In particular, we found that they were spending excessively on cost-per-click advertising—far beyond what was reasonable or sustainable. This mismanagement ultimately led to approximately $17,000 per month in wasted ad spend.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend LocalIQ or their affiliated partners. There are better, more transparent, and performance-driven options available.

They provided me with less than mediocre leads, in a three month period. I closed three clients from hundreds of leads and it wasn’t like I was selling a huge product. It was a massage therapy. I didn’t see a bill for three months and then they hit me with a $1900 , kept billing me and then sent it to collections. I’m still arguing with collections right now.

Horrible horrible company. Small business spent tens of thousands on this scam over years. when we quit and put up a couple of amateur google and facebook ads for a fraction of that spend we got way more traction which shows me they were doing nothing…

Do not hire this service and if you are with them, drop them!! Hire anyone else if you don’t want to do it yourself! Huge scam!!!
