Exceptional customer service
After reporting a frustrating first match which was futile - due to the failings of the person I was matched with - my LFA handler was exceptionally helpful and set up a second meeting with an excellent adviser. Rachel was tireless in pursuing my earlier dissatisfaction and keeping in touch to make sure I was getting what I needed. Excellent customer service, but maybe some weak matchees in their pool. Thanks for your support.

Damned Computers
I filled in the correct details and when I requested a local contact it returned asking for the same information, the problem was I have two first names and it asked for the first and surname and still refused to select a contact. Very unsatisfactory and disgusting. I am 73yr. old and computers are causing me untold stress and anxiety. I am not and will not become computer literate because I experience constant foul-ups that are not my fault
