Larger high street retailers have a number of overheads that raise their prices. For example, they have a number of sites and a large workforce that increases their costs, which then gets placed on top of their customers. At Local Carpets, we are entirely online and have no retail outlets. Instead, we come to your home with a large array of quality samples so you can decide on your flooring in the comfort of your own home. We also don't inflate fitting costs to take a cut from them. Instead, we charge only what the fitters themselves will take, which is around 20% cheaper than other major retailers.

Excellent service. Sadiq was so professional , nothing was a problem. We had no idea which carpet to go for but he came to our home with lots samples and advice.
The carpets look beautiful and fitters were quick and polite.
Excellent service, reliable and honest. We had three quotes from different companies and Local Carpets was the cheapest. Great workers, carpets look beautiful. Thank you.
Definitely 5 star service and installation, estimate guy was so polite and knowledgeable not pushy at all and gave us a great deal, the fitters did an outstanding job and even hoovered. So happy I went with local carpets and not our local Tapi, horrible service there and no one to serve you half the time!
Went here on the off chance as needed vinyl for downstairs cloakroom, really helpful, competitive price too. Fitting arranged for Monday pm, got a call on Saturday saying fitter had cancelled but could do it on a Sunday if convenient! Amazing! Really impressed, will definitely use again.
The office and fitting team were incredibly professional, knowledgable and willing to take the time to answer our questions during the entire process. The quote was insanely great value for money, our flooring looks amazing. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!
Fantastic service 👏 👌 very helpful and allowed us to reschedule twice due to other reasons
Super happy with product quality of carpet fitted
Fitters where the best I've come across in a long time, 3 bedrooms landing and stairs all done in 4 hours and they cleaned up and put a vacuum round, top quality 👌 thank you to all.
Quick and efficient service with a smile. Thanks Local Carpets in Stopsley, Luton.
Very high quality carpets. The team were super friendly and helpful and they have the best prices I could find. Great job!
Great service, top quality
Staff were very polite, and they did the job very well 👌 I was very happy with the service
Accurate work, unbeatable price, great carpets, right on time, hoovered the carpet before leaving. Did my house after one week of taking the decision. Highly recommended, couldn't say more.
Great prices and very efficient service. Initially they came out to provide me with carpet samples and a quotation. I was then able to order the carpet and get it fitted without even leaving my house and they were very helpful throughout!
