To be honest I'd never had a loan before. I was very nervous! I'm grateful I got Erin as a Broker. The language used in the very first Email inviting to call back got me. It felt sincere and removed the fear of calling back. The process every step of the way was explained. I can honestly say we got thru this together. Once approved the emails were coming rapid fire and dealing with both the Lender and the Broker and then the Insurance felt a little overwhelming 🙃...Erin was great...she reiterated what the Emails contained and encouraged reading them 'before' responding and not to rush. I felt safe in the process because of Erin's style of communication....Professional and Friendly balanced perfectly.

They are terrible, and will send you MULTIPLE messages a pay period to remind you that you have loan, then they will continue to taunt you, and the representative Anne is very rude.

I thought they may have given up on my application,i had so much gping on, a tangi, whanau from australia, work shifts continuously changing, I had pretty much given up but rang a week later to see if it was still possible and had the funds in my account that afternoon.

I had delt with Anna she was amazing helping me understand the process fully, she was always making cotact with me when she was unable to get ahold of my seller, I had applied for a 10k loan with bad credit and she helped get me the approval I needed I then settled for a 5k loan. Thank you so much Anna I will be referring you on to my family and friends for their nexts loans :)
