You were initially pre approved and a loan contract was sent to you based on the repayment schedule that was presented at the time of approval. After receiving the contract, you advised that you wanted a different payment arrangement. Our team then took the time to review your request, make the requested changes, and issue a new contract with an adjusted payment plan for your consideration.

Throughout the process, copies of the agreements, repayment details, and account statement were provided to you, clearly showing the loan amount, repayment amounts, and payment schedule. The information was documented and sent in writing so you could review everything before making a decision.
