We're champions of comfort and craftsmanship and use old-school know-how to make our wares. In fact, all our sofas and upholstered beds are made right here in Blighty. We've got a choice of over 150 kicked back colours across nine feel-good fabrics. You can help yourself to free swatches on our website. we have now heard from both loaf and castelon .THe former has offerd to investigate further. The latter have put forward a proposal which we are currently considering.

Great experience in store!
We went into the Wilmslow shop twice and the staff were friendly and helpful, when you wanted them to be. No hard sales but they knew their stuff when you asked and were within reach when you needed without following you round!
We ordered online after to make sure we were super happy with our choices. Webpage was a bit temperamental with looking at different colour fabrics which was frustrating and would be the only issue I had with it.
So excited to get our items now!

We love coming to Loaf
We love coming to Loaf! Everyone is so friendly but after an initial greeting will leave you alone to mooch until you request help if you need it and then everyone is super helpful - particular shout out to Ben who was really lovely! The way all your swatches are set out is fantastic, making it so much easier to select materials and colours. We have made two major purchases from you and are very happy with the product too. 5* all round!

You offered a total wrap around care…
You offered a total wrap around care for the customer. From holding door open, to advising , knowing when to walk away and leave me with my thoughts. No pressure, offered drinks and nothing too much trouble from any of the staff. It was a pleasurable experience which led me to buy a sofa and 2 armchairs. So far so good. Only thing that I thought should perhaps be offered is why I had to pay up front £6000 when I won’t receive the order until mid April!!! Maybe take 50% non refundable or something. I even paid for the delivery and insurance at the same time!!!

Great service from when we walked through the door. Genuinely wanting to be helpful without being at all pushy, also backed by fully refundable and removal if you are not fully happy after so many days after taking delivery (couldn’t remember the number), which further cements the faith they have in the quality of their goods. Our go-to sofa shop, and now other furniture too! Well done Loaf

We called in the shop in Wilmslow. We had already narrowed our choices down to one of two. Lots of guidance and help provided, particularly on fabric. We drove back two weeks later and placed the order. On both occasions we got great service.
