Well where do i start…..John-Joe!! Its like a day out at the Leeds Loaf. Cuppa for the spare part while the real graft happened.
Easy going, relaxed and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble, no pressure from fake sales people which always makes me head for the door.

The two lads in Loaf at the brickworks in Leeds were so good. Really helpful, really knowledgeable however no pushy sales pitch. We ordered later online however it was the conversation in the shop that made up our mind.

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. No one was pushy or demanding, we were allowed to wonder quietly and when we did require help, we were supported by the loveliest person, Becs. Becs was calm, knowledgable and very helpful. She guided us through different options, having listened carefully to what we had in mind.she knows the product range inside out. Nothing was too much trouble, she even made us a pot of tea!

Bed expertise
The staff all had excellent product knowledge the atmosphere in Redbrick is relaxed and friendly. You could ask questions about items of interest get answers but not feel pressured into sale. You felt comfortable and valued.
