I went to the Essex branch on Monday and was assisted by Geri. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had a lot of good ideas. I came back the next day to place the order. It was a great experience all around so many thanks to her!

Excellent experience
I had a very pleasant experience at loaf on Essex road, in angel Islington. The staff was warm and professional, the space was well thought out, and it had a very nice selection of products. Vincenta, a member of the staff, was particularly helpful and sorted me out. Would recommend, and I intend to go again.

Friendly atmosphere
Apart from a very impressive array of sofas, fabrics and colours, the staff is super friendly and made us feel welcome every time.

A marvellous experience of customer care
Not a purchase review as sofa decision yet to be made but rather a review of our experience at Loaf Islington and Seren’s impeccable customer care. Without doubt we were the fussy customers that staff exchange stories about later - indecisive, slow, swatch-obsessives in need of millions of detailed measurements. Oh, plus doggy treats - and Seren met every request with humour, facts, encouragement and positivity. Genuinely a ten star experience at the hands of a brilliant brand ambassador. And yes, we loved the sofas and fabrics!

Great service, great couches
Simon was incredibly helpful and friendly when we arrived, showing us round the different sofas and helping us figure out what could fit through our narrow hallway!
Made the experience of choosing a sofa a much easier one.

Ordered bed to my new home - cancelled poor service
Ordered bed to my new home , but entered my old address for billing finance purposes - loft changed the address for delivery to my billing address. Didn't realise this until I was sent to arrange delivery. When I called to amend the address I was told this was not possible and to cancel my whole order and redo. I explained that my financial record would not have any details to my new address as I've just purchased it and for credit purposes will show my billing address in order to pass finance etc
They said they can't amend the address - they have lost a customer now and I have cancelled my order

What an incredible experience today in the Islington branch, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The champagne, strawberries and chocolates were such a treat to our visit and wander. Thank you for the care and attention and making sure we were comfortable throughout. We will be back 🥂
