Great helpful staff but they did not 'bother' you either.
Plenty of time to properly try sofas and loved the big swatches to get a realistic idea of how a sofa might look in different colours and materials.
My only wish is that you make a small sized Low Riser as then I would have bought 2 sofas

I was able to go to the Loaf store in Bristol to explore options. Despite being busy, the staff was helpful and professional. I ordered on line at home after considering samples. The entire process was simple and easy.

Excellent customer service
We visited Loaf in Bristol and were greeted straight away by Rosa. She was so helpful, she let us know the details for the fabrics and about the rub count. We thought we knew which fabric we wanted but actually changed our minds after her help. We were so pleased with the experience, she was very knowledgable and friendly. All of the furniture is such great quality, so comfortable and looks nice too. We ordered a sofa and armchair, can’t wait for it to arrive!

Sofa purchase
Have bought a lot of items from loaf over time and found the quality excellent! Visited Bristol shack for the second time to make sure we were buying the right sofa for us and the right colour with the larger fabrics to drape over possibilities. We saw Rosa on both occasions and she gave us a lot of information and help with choosing.

Excellent staff at an excellent showroom
This was our fourth visit to Loaf in Bristol, we have been taking our time to choose the right sofa. We have been to many sofa retailers and the staff at Loaf stand head and shoulders above everyone else. They were kind considerate and helpful.
