The delivery took almost 2 full weeks to come. They were promised one day and never turned up.

Your order was dispatched within our advertised 3–5 working day lead time. Unfortunately, once it had left us, the courier experienced delays which meant delivery took longer than expected.

Our dispatch people had no Idea of details (quantities etc) who ordered, for the first two packages, this caused some confusion.
