I own two Loaded For Bear cables (Clarity series, 3m) and from the moment I unwrapped them their quality stood out a mile. The cable itself feels solid and jacks are sturdy. I know it should be about how they sound but they look beautiful! I purchased one cable in Glow (the bright pink) and one in Ola (turquoisey blue) and they're stunning. The colours are strong and vibrant and the material feels tough and gig-worthy. Fortunately they sound as good as they look. The Clarity series promises no loss of high end and that's what they deliver. And for cables of this quality, handmade in the UK, the price is really good. Definitely recommend!

Thanks to the powers of Instagram I’ve coveted Loaded For Bear cables for a while. The customer service provided by Jon was brilliant.

I reached out via a direct message and received a response in 7 minutes! With his detailed knowledge of the cable and connectors available, Jon was able to advise me on the best combination for my needs. We decided on the Clarity series instrument cables with the G&H connectors in SCAR (Black) and GLOW (Pink), an XLR cable in SCAR and a premium AUX cable in GLOW. Oh, and a super comfy LFB t-shirt.

The cables arrived very well packaged and earlier than expected. The brown paper wrapping was a nice touch rather than the plastic bags frequently used by others, as was the LFB logo that was stamped on the box (which I have kept and reused).

You could instantly feel the quality of the product. Very robust yet still flexible. No horrible moments where the cable tries to coil itself up when you’re not looking. The BongoTie was a helpful addition to keep the cable in a coil and I have since ordered more.

I was so impressed with the quality that I gifted a cable to a good friend of mine who has since ordered more! Jon even helped in the unorthodox comedic delivery of the gift news.

At no point did any conversation with Jon feel like a sales pitch. I received honest advice and fantastic cables. It was clear I was dealing with someone who was passionate about his product and cared about the end user’s experience.
