LNH Capital offers financing for every type of real estate transaction. If you’re an investor with a deal in works, contact us for more information regarding our programs: Fix and Flip, Rental/Landlord, Commercial, and New Construction.

Short Term/Bridge loans are ideal for fix and flip projects. Loans are up to 24 months and we can finance up to 90% of purchase and 100% of rehab.

Long Term/Landlord loans are ideal for landlords/rental portfolio owners with stabilized properties. Loan terms are up to 30 years. We can finance up to 80% on a purchase, 80% of LTV on a rate and term, and up to 75% LTV on a cash out.

New Construction loans are idea for builders of single properties. Loans are up to 24 months. We can finance up to 85% of purchase and 100% of the construction.

We recently had the pleasure of working with LNH to secure a bridge loan for a real estate project, and we couldn't be more impressed with their service. Adonis and his team were amazing!

Adonis and his team were amazing. We reached out to other lenders and no one could help with the time restraint in place. We were in a situation that the loan had to be closed within a short time frame that seemed impossible and he and his team made it happen in less than a week! Their communication and sense of urgency is the only reason my clients were able to close on their new home. I would highly recommend Adonis!
