Terrible fit in Mercedes, poor customer service
The fit in my 2015 Mercedes G350D was so bad it almost felt like the floor mats weee designed for another vehicle. I contacted customer service and they advised to just keep using more Velcro to get the mats to sit in place. There is so much Velcro in place now that removing the mats to clean is a disaster as each time the Velcro gets pulled off. I’ve also got a large collection of pieces I need to cut from the mats to get them to clear seat rails, OEM cup holders etc. Will look to finding a genuine set of mats and send the LMY auto ones straight to landfill.
