Talking to a Human Being is a great help
Having gone through a comparison site. I could not connectto Lloyds Bank. I eventually got hold of a human being at Lloyds to actually talk me through the problem I had. Actually talking to a Human Being on the telephone does mean alot.

Straight forward procedure but later …
Straight forward procedure but later letter came stating that Lloyds couldn’t insure as my details were wrong . I gave details of my account over the phone - did I get my card number wrong ? If I did ,YOU have them before you on your screen, can’t see why it wasn’t spotted.
