Easy to sign up
Easy to sign up, used the information from our banking app to process the majority of it and received a decision within minutes. Cards arrived within 4 days including a weekend. Can't complain

the start up limit was what I wanted and not as much as they offered. They respected my request.
The time it took was a reasonable length of time and

Lost application. Then took weeks to process new one. Finally cards send to wrong address

The lady was very knowledgeable about the various ways Lloyds could help me deliver an easier way to pay expense's. I was given options and explained how each option would work. As I was applying for a form of credit, the lady, also explained the various ways the lending could be done.

Suggestion to make it better.
I found the application process easy to use. I also received the card and information surrounding the use of the card and pin number. All very clear and easy.
I feel there is room for improvement with regards to making the payment to pay off the card easier. With my personal account which is also Loyds, the integration on the Internet banking is perfect. I can’t fathom as to why with a business account. It is not laid out in the exact same way as a personal account showing the credit card as a payee straight away. I have however managed to set a direct debit up using the telephone service and the lady was extremely helpful. I do hope that this could be looked at with somebody of a Knouff authority to implement changes. I cannot imagine it will be a difficult process as you already do it so well with your personal account system.
