Keep away
Some wheels are not in stock. Website does not make this clear and states all wheels are delivered in 4-5 days. No communication of this issue until I chased them twice. Not only is the wheel not in stock, but the manufacturer needs to drill stud patterns into the wheel. Ordered on 14th but assured by their team i'd have them before Christmas. Again, not another word until I called on 22nd. It was too late in the day but they called back the next day to say they still havent received them but would get and ship them out that same day (23rd).
I can see the tracking now, the dpd order was placed yesterday but they did not receive any goods until today. So essentially LK lied to the very last moment to string me along under threat of me cancelling the order. Furthermore LK have offered no apology, no justification for a website that lies about when goods will be received by customers, no good will gesture or attempt to make my trouble more palatable. Didn't even allow for me to arrange for the wheels to be collected from them (supposedly due to payment security).
To add insult to injury, the manufacturer where the wheels come from have no phone number or address on their website. The Lord himself may not know what im receiving. Overall terrible experience from LK, who ultimately appeared not to care less once they had my money.
If this makes any of you give these guys a wide berth, ill be glad. And, ill have done you a favour so you're welcome. All avoidable with honesty, communication and half decent customer service - all devoid of at LK Performance.

Regarding your delivery, we would like to advise that the 4–5 day lead time is an estimate based on information provided by the brands. Delivery times can vary depending on the specific wheel and manufacturer; therefore, we do not provide absolute guarantees on dates as we use third party carriers whose operations are outside of our direct control.
Regarding the dispatch of your goods, we can assure you that no misinformation was provided. When parcels are collected from our warehouse, DPD systems do not always register them as "received" the moment they leave us; there is often a delay until the items are scanned at the main sorting hub.
To address your further points:
Collections: Due to the payment method selected for this order, security protocols dictate that goods must be delivered to the registered billing address. This is a strict requirement to prevent fraudulent activity, and we are unable to allow collections in these instances. You are more than welcome to verify this policy with the payment provider directly.
Manufacturer Information: We do not have any control over the information, or lack thereof, that independent manufacturers choose to display on their own websites.
Compensation: As stated within the Terms and Conditions on our website, we do not offer compensation for delays in delivery.
We aim to be as transparent as possible with our customers and apologise for any frustration caused by the timeline during the busy Christmas period.

I ordered a set of Wolfrace M10's for my Volvo, the size I wanted had to be shipped from Germany so was given a time of 3-4 weeks, they turned up within that time complete with wheel nuts and locking nuts as ordered. Good communication and a great set of wheels. Would definitely use again.

I have to say I can’t find fault with LK performance. Good communication and knowledge, fast and on time shipping, along with a good quality product.

Worst customer service from general manager
Wheels have a piss poor finish, got told to send photos even though I asked to return them as soon as I opened them, so they could send it to the manufacturer, who then come back as said they were fine and acceptable. Argued about returning and his approach to my concerns. Would never order from them again. I'm not prepared to loose out on more money to them due to their poor quality products so will get the wheels sorted privately

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We aim to provide a transparent claims process, which is why we initially suggested a review of the photographs to determine if the manufacturer would cover the return carriage under warranty.
Although the manufacturer did not identify a manufacturing fault, we have consistently offered to accept a return within our 14 day window. To date, we have not received the items back. Please be advised that should the wheels be modified or refinished privately, they will no longer be eligible for return. If you wish to proceed with a return of the wheels in their original condition, please contact us directly.

Not very impressed with the set up paid 30.00 pounds for delivery now nearly Thursday not turned up also had a discount code in this but they have not hourned it and sent numerous messages but they fail to reply very ignorant and not at all impressed with their attitude .
