LK Performance Anmeldelser

Not happy with the service from initial purchase. Bought the alloys with wheels package on the 6th of December. Only a small text on the document was sent saying the oz factory would be shut over Christmas and expect a delivery late January which is roughly 2 months :/

Called up to by greeted by the rudest customer service representative who was more keen on telling me how to handle my finances however he did get me into another pair of wheels with similar design after 5 minutes of haggling.

To make matters worse the delivery email was sent on the day, so a bit last minute to handle reciept of delivery.

Was even more frustrating to see a portion of the metal weights used for wheel balancing not stuck on, which means I don’t know which wheels are balanced and I have to wait even longer to contact support and get them balanced again.

Disappointing since december

Well just too let people know about this company and I will be honest I had a very good experience with them they were very helpful and professional with by order and my order come through with no problems and also that I am very happy. And a big thank you

i was able to speak to a real human on the phone that allowed my to discuss my requirement. Then quickly proceeded to online payment that was very easy , ordered on the Thursday and they were delivered on the Friday , what a excellent service

Really good went above and beyond
Thanks

Good communication and great quality wheels

Excellent wheels fast service

Great service from start to finish ensuring to get me the alloy fitment i was after.

I am very disappointed with this company. I received the alloy wheels with small scuffs and scratches, which are not very visible on camera but noticeable in person.

Another major issue was poor communication and coordination in their warehouse. They sent the alloy set with the sensors that I purchased separately, but failed to include the fitting kit. As a result, when I arrived at the tyre shop, we realized that the genuine bolts were not suitable for these alloys. Luckily, I know the owner of the shop, and he kept my car on the lift for two days, as I did not want to remove and refit the tyres and alloys again.

I emailed the company explaining that I was very disappointed and unhappy, and asked if they could send the fitting kit with next working day delivery so I could use my car again. After two days, the tyre shop checked the wheel balance and found a very large discrepancy on one of the rear wheels. Unfortunately, it did not occur to me at the time to take a photo, and I only took one after the tyre (which is 1–2 years old) was mounted.

I later called the company and was told they would refund the postage costs and apologized. Weeks have passed since then, and despite sending follow-up emails asking for updates, I have still received no response to this day.

Normally, I am not the type of person to leave reviews, but this experience was too much. This is not my first set of alloys, and I have used other companies in the past (which I will not name) that were far more professional than this one. I am not sure whether this was just bad luck or if they treat all customers the same, but I would not recommend them.

My correspondence with LK Performance first class.
Fast and very friendly service. From easy ordering to delivery only took 3 days and that was over the weekend.
I spoke to Will and through the entire process kept me right.

Great communication and service

Great service and communication.

I love my new wheels! Very pleasant experience. Staff are very nice and helpful. Loads of wheels to choose from and very fast delivery. Will definitely use LK Performance again!

Outstanding customer service if truth be told, i did have a slight panic as i didnt hear back as soon as i wanted to but thats on me not LK.
Fraser was extremely helpful and very quick in turning around a quote for a single wheel to replace my damaged one, caused by ill maintained roads in my area. I contacted him and had a quote and the replacement in just under 3 working days. That is insanely quick! The i initial items were well packaged well described and a very good price as i went for the wheel and tyre package again Fraser was there for support from the get go with pressure queries and such!
I honestly dont think ill go anywhere else for wheels/tyres in future
