My experience with this site has been very disappointing. I submitted three withdrawal requests of €500 each on March 20, 2026, and they are still pending.
In addition, I still have €1,300 in my balance that I cannot withdraw until these three requests are processed. This situation is extremely frustrating and unreasonable.
I contacted customer support multiple times, but the responses were slow and not helpful at all.
This kind of delay raises serious concerns and makes the platform hard to trust, especially when it comes to handling money.
I would advise others to think carefully before using this site, particularly if withdrawals are important to you.
I will update this review if the issue gets resolved.

I have been waiting for my withdrawals for more than 5 days and they are still pending approval.
I currently have around 1000€ in my account and 2 withdrawal requests of 500€ each, all stuck in “pending” status.
The support team keeps apologizing and blaming workload, but they are not providing any clear timeline or processing the withdrawals.
They initially stated withdrawals are processed within 3 working days, which is clearly not being respected.
I have already submitted a complaint to Casino Guru and I am still waiting for a resolution.
Very disappointing experience so far. I will update this review if the issue is resolved and payments are completed.

Scam company. Deposit, play, looks fine. Withdraw any winnings and thats when it hits you. Permanent under review. Customer service bots say they will look into it and disappear. Fraud site.
